“Despite current coronavirus problems the product was delivered on time and exceeded expectations. Was very easy to install although instructions could have been a little clearer. Very pleased”

“The garden bench was good quality and promptly despatched. But your delivery driver was APPALLING, incompetent and unhelpful. Refused to drive anywhere near the house, refused to carry the bench to the house. Eventually dumped the bench in the middle of the lane and drove off, leaving us two seventy-five year olds to find some way of carrying it the last 200 yards.”

“Very quick to take my money but that was about it in terms of speed. No delivery date was given, I had a phone call from the driver to say he’d left it propped up against my front door. Had to have a neighbour helped take it round the back as it was too heavy. Once opened the item was damaged in many places. No response from the company until I threaten them with a chargeback to Visa. Then received an email to say they would collect it and refund me. I appreciate we are in the middle of a pandemic customer service, whilst understandably slower, she still continue. It did not. I would never buy from this company again.”

“Terrible. Highly advise to stay away from this company. Still have not received my order that is also late on agreed lead time delivery. No response back from this company either when emailed to chase up an update. Appear to abide by no legal standards and act within a law of their own. Do not shop here and buy elsewhere.”

“I was a little daunted when I opened the box ! So many parts. Watched the assembly video a couple of times & then watched it in stages as I was building. Good quality shed, double doors & maintenance free. Took two of us about 8 hours to assemble. Price was cheapest I could find on net by over £100. Delivery was 4 working days under current conditions which is excellent. Palram Skylight 6x8””

“Garden Street is collapsing do not give them your money They will not deliver your items and think its ok to take 3 days to reply to an email and shut their phone lines but keep their website open. Please pay attention to all the reviews sites on the internet this company cannot be trusted.”

“Ordered a £2000 car port and it hasn't arrived. They think its acceptable to take 3 days to answer an email. Trustpilot their reviews are in the toilet. This company continues to take peoples money on their website but then not delivery products. Crooks. They need to be reported to BBC Watchdog..it is not acceptable to take 3 days to reply to emails, switch your phones off but keep taking orders. So many companies going bust, this company deserves to be one of them. Criminals.”

“Still waiting for my order. Contacted via email and the seller on eBay as that’s where I purchased. No reply. Not happy at all. Ordered on 22nd April with 3-5days delivery. Still waiting on the 5th May Don’t know how they have good ratings because I don’t rate the company at all and will be disputing with eBay to get a refund. RUBBISH”

“I Ordered some Outside lights Mid April and yet they still have not arrived and every time I email I am told that they will be dispatched and then nothing happens. No one is picking up the phone which I can understand due to the crisis but if you are going to promise an item will be despatched you should honour that. Please can you stop taking orders if you are not sending goods out within a reasonable time.”

“Spent over £800 on garden furniture. Placed order mid April and promised delivery within 7 days, still not arrived. They are not taking any calls therefore you can only communicate by email. I sent another requesting an update on delivery but I have not received an acknowledgment / update. There review rating does not truly reflect their actual service. It's the worse customer services I've ever experienced. I never complain. Trust me do not shop here. As another customer said they are super quick to take your money that is very true. I have now contacted our credit card company to recover the money. I have family in the area of Crewe who will pay them a visit shortly. I will provide a further update to this.”

“Bought a Plum Climbing frame for my son. Supposed to arrive in 3 boxes due to its size. Courier company delivered a battered plastic slide, which frankly looked used. The driver then went on to say that the other two boxes must have been left at the distribution centre and that they would be here the following day. Feeling dubious, I called Garden Street who were none the wiser, and I was left to call the delivery company. Apparently the other two boxes never arrived at the depot. After numerous emails, of which many were not replied to, Garden Street finally agreed to organise a pick up of the slide and refund my purchase - since they could not give me any indication of when the other two boxes would arrive. Here we are, one week after pick up, and still no word of my refund. I appreciate we live in difficult times right now, and that people are doing their best, but all customers ask for is communication - particularly when spending their hard-earned money trying to make lockdown more bearable for their families. The lack of communication is poor. Im sure this is just a sign of the current times we live in, but I will have to think twice about ordering from GardenStreet again.”
