“Would use again. Brought a garden furniture set but changed mind after delivery. Quickly arrangd pickup and gave full refund minus return cost as explained in T&C's and via email. Gret communication throughout and true to there word.”

“We ordered a mini greenhouse from Garden Street and are really pleased with it. The quality is much better than we expected and it was easy to put together. The ventilation is very good by just opening the top windows, and the two shelves are very easy to put in and take out. The delivery was very fast (and free!). The greenhouse is excellent for growing on seedlings at the moment and we plan to fill it with tomatoes planted in a big trough for the summer. An excellent buy and we would definitely recommend Garden Street and the greenhouse.”

“I ordered a garden arbour seat from Garden Street. The price was very competitive, it arrived on a date to suit me and was all present and correct at delivery. Very pleased, so thank you Garden Street. Definitely would recommend you give them a look.”

“I received excellent customer. I absolutely love my furniture set, and it is happily sat on my newly created gin terrace. Had a little hiccup with a protective cover being delivered to the wrong address but after contacting customer service and an investigation being completed I was sent a replacement. Thank you I will definitely be recommending and using you again.”

“The chap at the shop in Crewe was fantastic explain everything, very informative explained everything. Very pleased with his salesmanship! Only one small thing ! He gave us an order date ! However, we waited in ( we are retired) and it didn't arrive! But the day after he rang to say he was sorry and it was just an oversight! We are so happy with our purchase and hopefully when the weather returns to sunny we will enjoy it ! I would recommend your shop salesman in a heart beat to friends who need outside anything !”

“Poor customer service follow through. I ordered an item on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law form my husband's. I called customer service to see if the item could be delivered in time for my husband's birthday. Someone was supposed to call me back. No one did. My husband's birthday came and went. I called again and was promised the item would be sent only to receive an email later to say the item was out of stock. A very disappointing experience all from start to finish.”

“Our item arrived with the wrong washers and it took 2 weeks to receive the right ones. Also feel the description and images were misleading because they don't show the metal brackets and ground anchors required for installation (ground anchors aren't provided so we have to source our own). This should be made clearer before purchasing.”
