“everything delivered well packed. Only observation the multi pack at a very reduced price some with the wrong description on the pots so I did not know which plant they were.”

“Good product but incredibly poor service! Despite placing order on via the website I had to phone as order was still waiting in "to be picked" for nearly a week. After dispatching the canopey the delivery Company failed to deliver on the day as promised (without apology or any communication) leaving me to chase. Very disappointing.”

“We ordered a CHURNET VALLEY COTTAGE 2 SEATER SWING SEAT from Garden Street expecting it to be a palleted, kerbside, logistics delivery. We were pleasantly surprised when it arrived in one of the manufacturers own vans on our driveway. After a four hour journey the driver carried the heavy parts to where we wanted them in the rear garden. There was no extra/delivery charge on what was the cheapest price we could find on the internet. The swing is very rebust and exactly what we were looking for.”

“Really great service all round. Really helpful man in the sales office, nothjing was too much trouble.Garden furniture orderded Tuesday afternoon arrived in Norwich Thursday 10a.m. Delivery tracked and on time, very helpful driver who took the furniture into the back garden. Second time I've used this company same fantastic service. I will use again and would recommend. David Hardy Norwich Norfolk.”

“Lies upon lies. Dont believe their website. Shocking that they blame their supplier when it was them that sold under fake info. They then asked me to provide evidence about their own website. False advertisements .... don't buy I will copy and paste this until they acknowledge what they did. I don't want anyone else to have to experience there lies .... (BTW I do know and fully appreciate garden furnishings issues are first world issues and I am lucky to have a home and garden)”

“I have placed an order 2 times and these have both been cancelled and refunded without any contact or reason given, this has now delayed my project, tried contacting them by phone to ask why and goes straight to voicemail, no chat facility and an auto response email saying 3 days for a reply!! Shocking customer service.”
