“Delighted with style and colour of the bench There was an issue with construction one hole had to be redrilled as it didnt line up and another hole was too big and screw just rotated”

“Great Delivery fast & easy, would buy from Garden Street again, all looks good with the product, but have purchased before Garden is ready for the Arbour so I really can't review the product yet as its still in bits in the Garage”

“Waited far to long for delivery, then delivery was poorly done, upon assembly the shed was notably low quality. OK you may say that for the price what would you expect, well under consumer law it must be of 'merchantable quality' as a basic standard and it only just scraped through on that one. With hindsight I would have spent more to ensure a better product (well hopefully)”

“I have given the Garden Street Company a 5 star rating. The quality of the garden bench was excellent with top quality wood used and treated with long lasting finish. The instructions were fairly good to assemble the bench/arch. It fiitted perfectly in the limited space in the garden. It arrived on the day quoted on a high quality platform. The price I paid was a really good value. Overall everything was good and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks. Mr Colin A 12 October 2025. Sorry I have no photo.”

“Product is good. If you’re happy assembling that is. Delivery times are misleading, using the phrase “business days”. Delivery is outsourced to a 3rd party which their quite happy to shirk all responsibility to without giving meaningful updates. The help pages are next to useless and just take you to one page of FAQs. Products are obviously freighted in, and you’ll be left in the dark until you get a surprise message from the shipping company, much later than expected. I wouldn’t use again.”

“6ft x 4ft Pent Shed The shed arrived on time and was securely packaged. Initially, I was a little concerned at how thin the metal appeared, but once it was constructed, it was very sturdy. Overall - Excellent quality and very pleased!”

“Good product but incredibly poor service! Despite placing order on via the website I had to phone as order was still waiting in "to be picked" for nearly a week. After dispatching the canopey the delivery Company failed to deliver on the day as promised (without apology or any communication) leaving me to chase. Very disappointing.”
