“My order arrived on time and the shed, a 6x10 Palram Canopia looks well made, albeit a lot of construction ahead to build it. The anthracite grey though is very nice and modern looking.”

“Avoid. Ordered a shed on-line on 22nd November. Received a confirmation that delivery was scheduled for 29th Nov, which was then rescheduled to 9th December. Despite having delivery instructions for if we were out, the delivery was not made and I then received notification that the shed had been returned to the warehouse and was now out of stock ! I contacted Garden Street who advised that their supplier (StoreMore) had allocated my shed to another customer order. I was given a refund, but the shed has now increased in price by £70. Would not use Garden Street again.”

“It arrived in a tall box and I had difficulty getting it out. I tried to keep the box in tact as so my son could safely transport it after Christmas, but sadly a large part of the top snapped off. Very upsetting, maybe it should come with a warning to cut the box rather than trying to slide it out.”

“Very well constructed using quality timber. My wife and I decided to put the arbour together in situ as we could not have lifted it when built as it was too heavy. It will last for many years. We are delighted with our new arbour, and it looks great too. The service from Garden Street was excellent.”

“Very happy with furniture but delivery was not good at all. The one man van arrived, pushed heavy boxes out of van then dragged them onto drive. All boxes damaged. Asked him to help put into secure garage, he said not his job. How can one man deliver such heavy furnitre and dump and run. Very very bad.”

“Great online retailer. We bought a shed which arrived quickly. It was of good quality and relatively easy to assemble - although the instructions took a bit of work to interpret in places. Would definitely buy from Garden Street again.”

“Lovely garden table and chairs. Table a bit tricky to put together, holes did not line up so had to re drill holes. However it looks great, delivery very speedy.”

“Unfortunately I ordered a greenhouse in August which still hasn't arrived despite a 14-28 day delivery time advertised. The company delivering/assembling (shire) have been very slow and I still don't have a date for delivery. I would be reluctant to use the site again.”
