“I purchased an item online so had minimal to no experience with customer services. Our Rowlinson clubhouse came with missing parts however so I had to manufacture some shutters for the windows out od the pallet wood that came with the order. Thanks,”

“We ordered an Absco shed from Garden Street because we could not find a local supplier with anything suitable in stock. The price was fair and the delivery times were clearly shown. The shed was delivered on time and has made a big difference in terms of space on our roof terrace. Overall, a very favourable experience. The one thing that could have been clearer was that the shed needed a separate base - we were able to address this but it would have been helpful to be clear that it had to be bought separately.”

“Placed an order and expected delivery in 14-28 days. After not receiving item I emailed customer service and it took WEEKS for a reply! After me chasing I was informed that there was a delay and delivery would now be an additional 5 weeks! Quick to take payment but POOR customer service!”

“Ordering the greenhouse was straight forward and arrived in a coupon of weeks as they said. I haven't put up the greenhouse yet as we are moving house. Will gladly give an update once it is finally erected.”

“I was reluctant to place an order with Garden Street due to their poor reviews, however, I was positively surprised by their service! Order confirmation came through straight away and I called to double check the product was in stock and okay for delivery within the week which it was. Unfortunately we missed the delivery due to being out but collected from our local depot who were nearby. Cannot fault the communication and service from both Garden Street and the courier, particularly due to the impact of COVID on businesses at the moment. Thank you!”

“We have been looking for a bistro set for a while . I knew I wanted something that was metal and able to leave outside. The chairs and table are sturdy even though they stand on a slight slope only had them a few weeks but so far we are really happy with them. Hopefully they will stand up to the rain . Really happy with it so far”

“I ordered midi garden storage unit. Having search online Garden Street offered best value for money and was much cheaper than other online stores. Easy order and payment process. Item was as described and suited what I wanted it for. Email received confirming order and payment etc. Item delivered by courier however no prior notice given by them, fortunately I was at home when it arrived. Overall satisfied with service and would use again.”

“I am very pleased with my chair duo. The quality and finish are very good and although they took a little time to put together it was not too difficult to do. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was prompt. All went to plan and the seats make a very good and useful addition to the garden.”
