“I ordered and paid for a garden bench to be delivered to my son who lives in the highlands. The order was accepted but later cancelled and my money refunded with no explanation. I assume Garden Street decided that they didn’t want to deliver to an address that was too far away. Obviously I was ver annoyed. Very poor service”

“Do not order!!!Awful company..I have emailed them several times about my order as I'm waiting for 6 weeks and when I try to track the item it shows me that they are still waiting for the stock.No reply at all...Very disappointing...before placing the order ,they were so happy to reply on the same day,I asked some questions about the shed I was planning to order and surprise...reply came straight away...Now they got my money and no more reply...Disgusting..”

“the mini greenhouse arrived quickly and in good condition - only given 4 stars as I did not get the email advising me the item had been dispatched and an expected delivery date as was stated when I ordered. Howerver - it did come within 7 working days, and was well packaged.”

“very good service patio cover was out of stock and gave me a call to inform me. patio set for 6 is of good quality, chairs are flat pack already assembled, but table legs easy to assemble very sturdy would recommend.”

“The product is great (once it arrived). The customer service was not good. I appreciate that COVID has likely impacted this but if you can’t deliver a product in a timely manner and communicate with your customer accordingly, don’t take the order and money.”
