“I placed an order on and paid for an item which I received a stock notification for. Later that day I received an email to say that the item I had order was no longer in stock and they would not be able to fulfill the order. I had to speak to customer services, who were very polite, and processed my order cancellation right away. Unfortunately the refund was not processed and the funds were not returned to my credit card. It wasn't until I received a credit card bill that I realized. I made another call to customer services who apologized for the error and replaced the money straight away without any hassle. Thank you”

“We were very pleased with the service from Garden Street - the product was delivered within the timeframe advertised. I cannot comment precisely on the item as it was a gift for our son’s 40th birthday but I do know he was delighted with it and can’t wait to use it (it was a bbq table so may not be used this year.)”

“I have already done this, but as I still haven't received the goods and still don't know when they are coming, how can I write a sensible review, come on, get you're act together and don't send out such requests until a couple of weeks after delivery, probably a month in the case of such items as Carports”

“Review this rubbish can’t wait...paid nearly£600 and it’s cost me nearly £200 to make this weatherproof All done by paid professionals I hired...it arrived and in erection roof felt was split in half and 3 glass windows broken..rain forecast...so I had to think quickly and purchase roll of feltb(their replacement arrived 3 weeks later which would have left chalet soaked) 3 panels sides and back let the rain pour in next day as the slats weren’t overlapped (sent photos) No offer to send replacements...Paid to have slats sealed ...they offered me to send back which meant demolishing it at more cost...Rubbish quality ...Horrendous experience ....costly mistake purchasing this chalet...no recourse and no constructive help...photos to prove all statements”

Hello, Thank you for your review. You advised us of issues with your order after continuing to assemble and modify the building yourself. Whilst we were not given the opportunity to resolve for you we did advise that we could send out replacements or should the item be disassembled we could collect for a full refund. You did advise us of the parts you wished to have replaced, which we dispatched promptly to you. You advised us that you disposed of these. Whilst we apologise once again for the condition of the initial parts, we have offered assistance in order to resolve as promptly as possible. Kind Regards.

“Paid for an item on pre order. Contacted them to see where it was when due a month later - they hadn’t been in touch with their supplier but then did so and I was told it would be delayed a further two months. Asked for a refund which I received but they short changed my refund as well. Would not use or recommend.”

“Overall the service I received was very good. When I rang to change the delivery date the person on the phone was efficient and helpful in a cheery way. The delivery man was also very helpful as he arranged the panels and fixings in a neat pile for me.”

“Unfortunately, we weren't informed of a delivery date and when we returned home the arbour had been left at the front of our house, where it could have been picked up by anyone. Also, the packaging was split and nail/screws were all over the gravelled drive. We couldn't find a lot of them in the gravel and had to purchase more from our local hardware store. Very disappointed in the service :(”
