“Initial delivery went astray and it took over 4 weeks to complete delivery of the order. However, Garden Street tried very hard to complete the delivery, and at considerable expense, to themselves, as the initial order eventually arrived - and had to be returned,”

“The product was ordered on the 25th June and arrived today. I had to chase up the order. It would be better if Garden Street could keep you abreast of your order status especially if it goes over the stated delivery time, even when we know items might be delayed due to COVID19. I had no email from the carrier either saying that it would be delivered today. Anyway, the product arrived intact and well packaged and my husband has put it together in under an hour. It seems fit for purpose.”

“It’s now 25 working days and my order has still not arrived. You don’t answer phones, so impossible to discuss. Really terrible service. Do not buy from Garden Street.”

“Having ordered a summerhouse on the 30th April 2020 and understanding that i would be expecting a short delay, I had an expected delivery of 5th June, which was put back to 23rd July and now has been pushed back again to 6th August. Having sent repeated emails all ignored i have no option but to post on line and hope for a response!”

“My shed never arrived even though they took the money. I ordered my tool shed on the 23rd June and I am writing this on the 29th July. I emailed them a few weeks back asking where my product was and they said it was meant to be delivered the next week, and that was over 3 weeks ago now. I have emailed them again, but have received no reply. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely abysmal service and company.”

“Happy with product but order fulfillment process is lacking. I found it quite strange that I got no shipment notification. Having waited 4-6 weeks (which I was happy about), I had no idea it had shipped until it arrived with a very grumpy courier when I was not in the country. I strongly suggest you email when shipped to allow customers to actually plan to be in when a bulky prodct arrives. I knew it would be 4-6 weeks but you really should tell people when it has left or you risk failed deliveries. I had no issue with the 4-6 weeks wait - just an issue with a bad mood delviery driver who wasn't happy I was not in. Tell me it has shipped and I can expect a bulky delivery. Makes everyone's life easier.”
