“Product was broken when it arrived. New part was send but took two weeks to arrive. This also arrived in poor condition so complained and have yet to receive a reply after a week.”

“We bought the Palram Sierra 3 x 3m patio cover in grey. Expected delivery 4th August ie 4 weeks delivery so we were really pleased when we had notification that it was to be delivered a week early. It was delivered well packaged by 2 very pleasant delivery men. No complaints at all and when we came to erect the instructions were very clear and the erection went very well. All in all a very satisfactory experience. I would add that this item was for sale at Amazon and at Wayfair for over £150 more!! Thank goodness we shopped around, we would definitely check out Garden Street before making any future purchases.”

“Asking for a review and still haven't even received our shed after nearly 5 weeks??The only way to contact them is through email when you call it says they can't accept your call. I would not use this company again as communication is very limited. I understand that things are slower at the moment. They have apologised and Said they will be in touch with a date but Iam still waiting.”

“Attractive to look at. Would have liked it a little more waterproof for storage. Fitting with instructions not as easy for someone not familiar with diy as some bits needed tweets to fit . Having said that Avery nice item for the money.”

“Ordered a bistro set on 10th June. It arrived damaged on the 22nd June. Contacted Garden Street for a replacement. The damaged item was collected on 8th July and the replacement delivered the following day. The replacement was more badly damaged than the first one. This was collected on the 10th of August and the refund paid on the 14th. GardenStreet probably has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their phone number has an automated message that doesn't allow messages to be left but they hide behind Covid19 as an excuse not answering the phone. They generate a automated email response that promises a response within 5 working days. A poor show all round. I have read some good reveiws here. All I can say is that those people had a lucky escape”
