“The pergola which I purchased was short of a couple of bolts and cover caps. On contacting customer services, I received an apology and the parts were sent to me very quickly. Excellent customer service.”

“I have just had my first email from this company. Saying hope your happy with your purchase. WHERE IS IT! I ordered a gate for a customer in June and the payment was taken from my bank account. Today still have not had the item or even who was going to deliver the item. I've tryed to call and email this company. Not happy rip off Very poor customer service p”

“Ordered an item from my garden and it was delivered with a couple of missing parts. I got in touch via email and Garden Street were very helpful and sent out the missing parts as soon as they could. A sign of a good company if they can put things right without too much trouble. Thanks 👍”

“Pleased with the order process, the only thing that could have been better if an expected delivery date would have been provided, without me having to contact you. The quality of the product itself is a much higher standard than I expected . Very sound structure, fitted perfectly , no alignment Issues and easy to follow instructions to put it all together. Very pleased with the finish and look of the gazebo which is added a new dimension to out door living in our garden”

“One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We were called and told to expect delivery of a an archway with planters that we had ordered on the 11th of July. After waiting in all-day no delivery arrived, nobody called to let us know what was going on. There is no way to call customer service at the moment because they are all working from home due to COVID-19. So I emailed them on 13th July to ask what had happened with the delivery. On the 17th July, I got a reply saying they would look into it and would get back to me "shortly". On the 27th of July the order finally turned up and then on the 30th of July they finally got back to me to say, ooh it looks like the order has been delivered. That's two weeks of nobody to call on the phone, nobody answering emails and having no idea what was going on with my order. I will bot be ordering anything from them again and I suggest that you do the same.”

“The Rowlinson rectangular planter arrived in two packages, with and assembly instructions, which included the need to drill 14x 2mm pilot holes for 8x 100mm and 6x 80mm long screws. I defy anyone to (a) find a 2mm still bit long enough and (b) to successfully insert the supplied screws into a 2mm diameter pilot hole! Appropriate adjustments were made to the size of the pilot holes and the finished planter looked good. Otherwise, a satisfied customer.”
