“Love the product but it was damaged in transit and having reported it I’ve just been ignored. Appalling customer service. Avoid this company! The few pounds I saved by buying from Garden Style will now pale in to insignificance in relation to the legal costs of forcing them to uphold the law...”

“Product was showing in stock, bit of a surprise to eventually find that delivery would take a month and a half. Still haven't received the product yet so I can't actually review it but have received several requests to review which is a bit irritating. Stock status is entirely misleading, don't believe it, ask for a confirmed delivery.”

“The pergola which I purchased was short of a couple of bolts and cover caps. On contacting customer services, I received an apology and the parts were sent to me very quickly. Excellent customer service.”

“I have just had my first email from this company. Saying hope your happy with your purchase. WHERE IS IT! I ordered a gate for a customer in June and the payment was taken from my bank account. Today still have not had the item or even who was going to deliver the item. I've tryed to call and email this company. Not happy rip off Very poor customer service p”

“Ordered an item from my garden and it was delivered with a couple of missing parts. I got in touch via email and Garden Street were very helpful and sent out the missing parts as soon as they could. A sign of a good company if they can put things right without too much trouble. Thanks 👍”

“Pleased with the order process, the only thing that could have been better if an expected delivery date would have been provided, without me having to contact you. The quality of the product itself is a much higher standard than I expected . Very sound structure, fitted perfectly , no alignment Issues and easy to follow instructions to put it all together. Very pleased with the finish and look of the gazebo which is added a new dimension to out door living in our garden”
