“WEB132955 This is the reference number for the order, which was made on 20-6. I was told that it would be in stock on 06-7 and then there is a lead period of time of 21-28 days. So God knows if and when in August I will receive it”

“The service was faultless. I ordered the table and 2 chairs and it arrived like it said in 10 days., however the 2 chairs where badly damaged so I called them up and without hesitation after me emailing in the pictures to them on the same day they sent me out 2 replacement chairs which arrived 5 days later perfect Excellent service, I will definitely use them again”

“Took several weeks to deliver despite the website saying in stock and 2-4 weeks. When it actually turned up- it was delivered by the chuckle brothers with a bartered box and a huge dent in the roof panels (see photo). I couldn’t be bothered to wait another millennia so I still put the battered gazebo up in time for the second wave of COVID. The product itself is pretty nicely made- a shame it took so long and arrived damaged...”

“We orders an umbrella base and garden storage box both with 14-21 days delivery (not sure why as both were apparently in stock!). Neither arrived so I chased after 3 weeks to be told that the umbrella stand had been lost by the distributor and there were no more in stock and our order for the storage box had to be allocated to the original stock. They were now out of stock and would have to wait a further 3 weeks for stock availability again (and then presumably another 14-21 days for delivery). I have been refunded for the umbrella stand but had no answer to my response on the storage box. Not sure they know what they are doing and won’t order anything else from them.”

“The gazebo arrived within the time quoted and they responded quickly to our email queries. The price of the gazebo was cheaper than other suppliers and overall we are very satisfied with the product and service. There were a few scratches on the uprights but nothing too bad.”

“The service was as it should be. Absolutely fine. I've been disappointed with table and chairs as a bit wobbly and cannot hold a parasol as the weight of table and chairs to light. But does look nice.”

“Shed still not received, it is incredible that am being asked to write a review when I am still waiting for delivery. Shed was ordered approx one month ago, was due to be in Garden Street on July 13th, now advised delivery to my address will not happen until probably end August. Full money for the shed was taken on order date, i.e. one month ago. Think very carefully before ordering from this company.”
