No communication after initial confirmation of order. Shed arrived with no notification. Shed went together well, quite a few superficial scratches but not worth the hassle of returning

Unfortunately the goods I ordered were not available as advertised and were never delivered. Goods directly supplied from Manufacture, who failed to correct stock supplies. Had to arrange a refund

Fine, but screws weren’t delivered with product. Took a while for an email response, but eventually screws were sent.

I purchased an item online so had minimal to no experience with customer services. Our Rowlinson clubhouse came with missing parts however so I had to manufacture some shutters for the windows out od the pallet wood that came with the order. Thanks,

Disappointed. Promised delivery W/C 24 August, didn't arrive until 6 September and then the box was damaged (looks like it has been opened/closed previously) plus the item itself was scratched.

Ordered a shed and was told of a 4 week lead time. Was given a date of the 28th August. Shed arrived on the 26th August out the blue, no pre-warning. Also ordered a rain cover for my garden furniture, this was also dispatched on the same day as my shed but did not arrive. Contacted garden street via email as no calls were being taken, and was told that it had been dispatched and Fedex was supposed to of delivered the item which it never. Emails were exchanged but no rain cover turned up. A week later I finally got through on the phone and was told that They would send out another rain cover as Fedex we’re saying they had tried to deliver the item, which was lie. Hopefully it will turn up in the next few days. It seems to me that garden street need to get their deliveries in order although when I contacted them via phone they were very apologetic about the delay and hopefully they have sorted it.

Item arrived within two working days, which was great. What is not so great is the lack of communication and order status updates. The item (a barbecue cover) arrived without any warning at all, but the order status still shows 'Processing Order - We are processing the details of your order.' I chased via email (rather than phone, as they requested) and via online form, but no response nor acknowledgement. Like many companies hiding behind Covid-19 (sorry, but they've all had six months to make adjustments), customer service is lacking at Garden Street and it does make me wary about ordering again. It's not rocket science to get right, really. The item itself is great and arrived fairly well-packaged.

Product arrived without notice, neither did we have any communication from the delivery driver, fortunately we were at home. On the positive side, which is why we gave 3 stars rather than 2, it arrived only 2 days into the 28 day window of delivery. We're delighted with the garden storage bench.

bought a garden parasol. package delivered damaged on opening found top finial missing . contacted GARDEN STREET.3 times to arrange replacement.finally got result &goods arrived. all ok now thank you. case of difficult times just now. regards P Stacy.

Only problem we had was that we were told the supplier would let us know when it would be delivered, it just arrived, no contact was made

The stool works well once the right height setting has been chosen and one remembers to pick up the device in the correct manner in order to move it. If not it collapses or even worse one traps one's fingers in the supports struts. It could be improved greatly if a locking device for the setting was incorporated in the design such that when lifting it the device remains locked into that setting. Otherwise it is functional, works well enough and is not unattractive.

When I do eventually receive my order I will gladly write a review Still waiting for my summer garden furniture to come into stock Ordered 9/7/20 not expected till 10/9/20 Will wait want this furniture So if you could kindly send me this write a review in another month or so I would be most great full Thank you Eddie

Ordered a absco shed after ordering realized it had the billing address as the delivery address after contacting garden street directly to confirm it was a mistake and it wasn't being delivered to the billing address it then turned up at the wrong address and had to pay another company to deliver it to the correct address where it was being built

The gate was delivered with damage that happened during transit. As a replacement wasn’t available I was given a full refund and was able to keep the gate too. Which was great. I would say however, for the price of the gate, the welding of the metal work isn’t great and is patchy. The rough patchy weld has allowed water to get in to where the powdercoat couldn’t. This has now started to show signs of rusting. The services was great, the actual product not so great. If it wasn’t free, I would have returned for a refund.

Very difficult to get a quick response. Communication was bad. After hassle admittedly not all garden street fault as courier did not communicate either. Finally got my product. Don’t know if I would order again because I was unhappy about their customer service.

Ordered two planters after chasing order up. They were delivered within days (odd that) no notification from carrier although I had an email saying I would be contacted with a delivery date by Garden Street so good job we were in. When unwrapped my husband discovered there were no screws to assemble the planters just instructions in the sealed plastic and stapled to the trellis. Chased up with GS and Rollinson and got 3 sets! Lovely planters when assembled.

CAME GOOD IN THE END. Pre-ordered Royalcraft Lisbon 4 seat dining set for expected delivery from 10th to 13th July. Manufacturer supply to Garden Street was delayed, but no notification was given of the delay. Subsequent email contact with Garden Street resulted in meaningful information being provided with a date 'NO LATER THAN 5th AUGUST' for delivery. Garden furniture received on 4th August!!! Patience and concise email communication on my part with Garden Street and the replies to me gave me the confidence to allow my order to proceed; bearing in mind that I was given the offer of a full refund. END RESULT: A VERY SATISFACTORY OUTCOME. The furniture was well packaged and easy to assemble, apart from the poor quality spanner supplied, tip: use your own. The dining set looks brilliant on our new patio and my wife was thrilled with her belated birthday present!!! I would be happy to use Garden Street again on the basis of improved communication on their part.
