“Gazebo arrived - person came to erect at a cost to me - 2 structures damaged - awaiting the 2 new structures which will engage me at an additional cost - unfortunately not pleased and have no idea when they will arrive as had no confirmation of new order.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the delivery of the item I purchased.. It was not until I had placed the order that I was told that the delivery would be 14/16 weeks.. When I called later to see if this could be improved I was not convinced that my request was taken seriously.”

“All our garden furniture is very good. The concrete base for the parasol came & we found the hole at the base of the plastic too large for the pole. We had to make a sleeve to fit the pole snugly into the base. The clamp at the top which grips the pole in a vertical position was too large a diameter to allow the tapered cone to grip the wood & then attach to the threaded part of the plastic tube. This also had to be modified, but we are now up & running!”

“Order placed easily and arrived quickly direct from the supplier rather than Garden Street themselves, however the coffee table I ordered has had 3 damaged table tops so far and now with the 3rd damaged one installed, they have gone silent and won’t respond to my emails”

“Bit ahead of yourselves Garden Street - haven’t received the item yet and you’re asking for a review on the product and service. I can say it’s been delayed and I’d expected to have it by now based on original estimate but it’s not normal times so will give you the benefit of the doubt.”

“Delivery on time, so good. But driver asked me to help offload as the single package was too large/ heavy to manage single handed. I did so, but stumbled (I am 77) and bruised my hip. Have not yet unpacked so cant comment on contents.”

“I ordered in February. But didn’t notice the lead time to delivery is 12 weeks. We get so used to quick delivery from businesses, I was surprised. The delivery time was not clear when I made the order. It will be nice to receive the unit in May.”

“I ordered an artificial christmas tree from Garden Street. I was subsequently contacted to inform me that the product itself was not entirely as advertised and that some specifications of the actual product were different to those listed on the website. Nevertheless I proceeded with the order and received the product promptly. However, there was an issue with the lights, which meant that only 2/3 of the sections were fully lit. My experience with the customer service team has been positive and they sent replacement parts and responded quickly to emails. However, the issue/fault was not resolved and I spent Christmas with an expensive product that did not properly work and have not been offered a refund or a replacement that actually works. UPDATE: I have now been offered and accepted a full refund with minimum fuss. I have therefore awarded 3 stars. Very good customer service but a product that sadly didn’t fully work as expected.”

“Ordered a space saver metal shed that arrived earlier than the 14 to 28 day estimated delivery time. I was only informed about delivery when the driver knocked on the door. Luckily someone was in but it would have been helpful to be notified prior to delivery.”

“Ordered an item that was listed as in stock only to be informed 3 days later that it had sold out. Although disappointed they did apologise and refund quickly so I can't fault them for that. It wouldn't stop me buying from them again”

“Re-order of rectangular box planter. Slick order entry through to delivery. When unpacked, one side panel (long side) showed the wooden laths to be insecurely held onto the steel pins that hold the side together. Gaps of up to 8 mm between laths observed on one pin. This meant the panel was distorted (top and bottom now not parallel) and the holes for the steel pins though the laths ovalled. It was a small matter to re-arrange the laths back into position with a mallet, but the oval holes meant the fit was now loose. Fortunately the end panels were firm and when all four sides were assembled the sub-standard panel was held securely. Not a big deal, but disappointing QA (yet again - see my reviews on earlier orders) given the price.”

“Have ordered some garden railings,since the purchase I have no idea if I will receive it in the specified time. Should take 6-8 weeks. it’s been 4 weeks and have Had no more info”

“A good product, however some parts were damaged and a couple of pieces missing. The company rectified it extremely quickly and without any fuss so I can't ask anymore than that. I had to redrill a couple of the holes, but no big deal. The one design floor is on the back panel as the joist means you can't get your hand inside the frame to screw the screws in straight. If you can live with it, I would suggest getting longer screws and joining them together from the outside though the side panel”
