“I ordered #128019 (WEB 128019) 25.5.20 and paid £142.99 with a credit card. You were awaiting stock to arrive 29.5.20. After 3 weeks delay, I have still not received the Suncast Resin Wicker Cube Deck Box, nor sadly heard from you. When will I get delivery of my order? Malcolm Fryer. The Penthouse Castle Chambers St Mary's Place Shrewsbury, Sy1 1DX”

“I ordered my garden furniture (which said in stock and they took my payment of nearly £600) and I looked forward to it arriving. I had just done up my garden and it was coming up to my daughters 21st birthday. We had planned to go to New York but due to the current situation was unable to go so I had decided to surprise her and invite a few family and friends over to self distance and sit in my now beautiful garden. After 4 weeks the order still hadn't arrived which was understandable due to the current situation, but I thought I’d just send them an email just to check and see when it would be arriving. I had an email back saying that they were sorry but my order was out of stock and they wouldn’t be getting anymore in until the end of July. As you can imagine I was very disappointed. If they had told me this near to the beginning when I placed my order I could have got my money back and purchase it somewhere else. My daughters birthday is in a couple of weeks and I’ve got a beautiful garden but nowhere for her visitors to sit. I will NOT be using this company again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.”
