“Disappointing , not had any return emails asking about delivery of my item that was placed weeks ago . I still have no idea ! Now finally receive an email with no order details asking me to review GS. Tried calling as well and get diverted to sending an email. Poor communication 😞”

“Damaged bistro set delivered in inadequate packaging. No phones as not diverted during Covid. Late to respond to emails, don't give a name. Second damaged bistro set arrived/rejected. First not collected. Still waiting for an adequate response with large box blocking hallway. Not recommended.”

“Ordered a garden mini shed (not cheap) and after waiting a month told that I would have to wait another 5 weeks as the supplier is out of stock. Garden Street should know what stock levels are before taking orders. They also take the money up front.”

“I had purchased a beautiful table and 4 chairs for the garden on 26th March 2020 I am totally disappointed with this company after being told it was to be delivered and then it wasn't I took a day off work especially and they are not taking any calls at all and I emailed them 72hrs ago and they still haven't replied”
