“Hard to do a review when item still not received after 3 weeks since ordered; originally was 10 working days. Not received any communication to say when to expect order and nothing showing when I log in to my account. Item now showing out of stock on website so no idea when to expect delivery.”

“Needed a replacement BBQ gazebo, knew where to get it and cheaper on line than Amazon if you go direct. Garden Street- 100% brilliant. I’ve used them before and I’ll use them again.”

“Not received order yet after being promised 7 to 14 day delivery time. Due to pandemic left it 3 weeks but after chasing found my order had been missed. Now item out of stock. Have to wait another 6 weeks!”

“With everything going on in the World right now they did a remarkable job. Received my Keter Box Bench within 10 days. Very good considering staff were working from home. Would buy again with them. Thank you”

“Although I had to wait 13 working days for delivery it was indicated at the time of ordering it would be 10-14 working days, so it was within the time frame. Ordering was easy, delivery process fine considering the situation we are in - the man bought right to the front door for me. The box is damaged a little so I hope I don't need to send it back as I had to with the last BBQ from a different company. I haven't had chance to open it, fit it together and use it yet so I just hope it all works when I do.”

“This is the second time I have shopped with Garden Street. Both times the goods have arrived damaged and my time has been wasted chasing replacement parts. I am still awaiting a replacement seat for our new bench. It is is also annoying not to be able to ring up, habit to communicate only by email. Disappointed.”

“Disappointing , not had any return emails asking about delivery of my item that was placed weeks ago . I still have no idea ! Now finally receive an email with no order details asking me to review GS. Tried calling as well and get diverted to sending an email. Poor communication 😞”

“Damaged bistro set delivered in inadequate packaging. No phones as not diverted during Covid. Late to respond to emails, don't give a name. Second damaged bistro set arrived/rejected. First not collected. Still waiting for an adequate response with large box blocking hallway. Not recommended.”
