“Really good, quick and efficient delivery, and unfortunately We had to return a suite (didn’t fit) and they arranged the collection and processed the refund quickly. Highly recommend.”

“ordered a £2000 shed pre order 29/5. listing said that 24-28 days delivery and in stock 8th june. On the 12th june i emailed with my new number and asked for any updates. i was told "when" they are back in stock its 24-28 days and courier will contact. So again i emailed and said when i had ordered it said 8th june and asked if was in stock and also asked if was shipping from usa, as i had checked website and listing now said 20th July. I said -if this is now the date i would like a refund and to cancel the order as it is misleading. i received a snippy email back saying it was in stock and due to be sent but as per my request they had refunded my order!. £2000 spent and the person at the end of the email could not be bothered simply to say - yes IT IS in stock here and shipping from here and the listing on the website is for a new order of stock.........your date hasnt changed. Guess that would have been good customer service to allay my concerns about a possible 2 month wait. I understand that in this day and age we have to wait but really poor attitude! i cant name the person as they generically sign the business name.”

“We purchased the Pantheon Artemis Arbour from you and it arrived on time, and it was a competitive price to include delivery. All of the parts were included plus comprehensive build instructions. Unfortunately a number of the structures wood parts had wide splits in them & there were no pre drilled holes as mentioned on the build instructions which made assembly much more difficult. A very disappointing conclusion for the sake of a few pre drilled holes, I had the impression that the wood may have been old stock that had dried out. I did manage to make the most of a bad job by measuring carefully to drill holes in the correct place and then painted the assembled structure to help hide the splits. I suspect that Garden Street never saw the product as it was delivered by Store More Garden Buildings Ltd, Bredbury, Stockport.”

“Ordered a Bistro Set, the site said in stock and delivery in 5 working days. Not contacted after 5 days so emailed to find out why only to be told that it was out of stock and would not be available for another 6 weeks. They did offer the chance to cancel for a refund but decided to wait and hope it arrives on time”
