“Purchased Palram Arizona 500 Carport. Garden Street are well organised and advised delivery procedure and date that was well ahead of estimated delivery date. Ordering was simple and on the one occasion I called to clarify a product detail they were able to answer my query immediately. Product is well made and simple to install - highly recommended.”

“Very good service, phoned to confirm delivery and to double check correct size and combination of bin store. Instruction were concise which made it a doddle to erect. Very pleased with the quality of the product.”

“Delivery was prompt and on the date provided. The instructions were easy to follow but would suggest mentioning that pilot holes need to be drilled. Very pleased with finished item which looks great. Particularly like the fact that the lid also raises the bin lid as well. Many thanks.”

“Still awaiting a return telephone call advising where our item is. Still awaiting our item or any indication when it will be delivered. Will not be using this company again and do not recommend them. Keep your money or go elsewhere for your goods. Very shoddy service to say the least.”

“Called to give details for delivery 1 day prior. Driver arrived not having received from customer services. Therefore left again. Missed asse.bling my shed during bank holiday weekend. Still pending delivery”

“Good service kept informed of delays s As was a preorder. Delivery was a let down, after going online to book a delivery date it did not arrive. This was no fault of Garden Street as was sent straight from suppliers. Would recommend Garden Street.”

“The planters look beautiful, really pleased with them. The only criticism was that no one contacted me to arrange delivery as mentioned on your website. I arrived home to find them on my driveway. Anyone could have taken them. And there was not even a card through the door or an email to say they had been delivered.”

“Delighted with our Rowlinson Balmoral corner Arbour, now placed on a patio. Took two of us to put together, over 2 days, with a few minor adjustments. Very good value and Customer service, would recommend.”
