“I was told item had been despatched then 5 days later I was told item was not in stock and would be despatched a weeks time = 12 days late. I don’t like being lied to. Good job I used PayPal to pay so I got my money back. So beware Garden Street Not a trustworthy company to deal with use Amazon instead.”

“Happy with Gazebo which is good quality and competitively priced. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was the item which is very heavy was delivered by one man. He struggled to lift it by himself and as a result could not remove it from the van without risk of damaging item. We had to help lift it into the house.”

“I am delighted with the fencing and it was delivered inside the estimated time given. The only thing I didn't get was notification when it was being delivered. It didn't matter as it happened but I could have been on holiday. That apart everything is fine.”

“I ordered by phone and requested a specific delivery date and was assured that this would be done. However the pallets were delivered too early and had to be sent back, then were delivered on the correct day. On your delivery info sent with the confirmation it stated that the delivery co. would be in touch with me by mobile on the day. This did not happen on either occasion.”

“Garden set was despatched quickly & was exactly what we were expecting -when it arrived. Good price to. However I was disappointed with the delivery courier used. Courier turned up with no prior notification. We were out so courier badgered elderly neighbour to leave 3 large packages with him. Neighbour couldn't move packages so they were left in his front garden. Neighbour didn't inform us he had packages for 2 days. Packages got wet & could have been stolen? So I feel courier should have informed us of intended shipment (they had our email & tel number) & we could have arranged to be in for delivery.”

“You could not deliver the item as stated. I paid you a lot of money in the end I got a refund and bought elsewhere. If you say the items are in stock I expect delivery on the date agreed. Not to wait another month while you have the proceeds. Complete waste of my time. Mrs M Chapman”

“Ordered an item that turned out to be unobtainable for several weeks. I was informed very promptly and offered a full refund. This was paid equally promptly, so I am a happy bunny. Very impressed with the prompt personal service and efficient handling of the problem.”

“The product was fine when it finally arrived however the customer service was poor. No call or email to say that a product is out of stock or delayed and all they would say on the phone was that the small print said that they didnt have to advise me if this happened. An apology and offer of a discount or money off next order would have been good but they wont even tell you their name when you call or email. Something to be ashamed of?”

“No pre drilled fixing holes. The back panels were hard to screw together because the corner bracing pieces got in the way of the screwdriver and one of the doors was warped and therefore sticks out at the bottom corner”
