“Excellent service and prompt delivery of my initial order. I had a problem of my own making where the caps on top of the railing posts were destroyed. Garden Street resolved it immediately for me.”

“Still waiting for this item! I ordered it on the 20th April and it’s not due for delivery until 17th May! Nearly 4 weeks to deliver a cushion box? This was not disclosed at the time of ordering.”

“Ordered a shed from the site over other competitors due to the advertised ‘3-7 day delivery’. I placed my order on 24th April and I still have not received the product. Currently scheduled for 29th May - over a month later. Manufacturer suggests this retailer should not be displaying 3-7 days as a estimate. Hassle, stress and cheaper prices elsewhere that probably have more accurate delivery estimates. Cannot answer how the item was delivered or if damaged as yet to receive it.”

“Despite being listed in stock, goods did not arrive and when I called to enquire about the delivery I was advised some items were out of stock, others would be delivered within a few days. Two weeks later I have still not received any of my order.”

“I ordered our lean too greenhouse on Sunday May bank holiday . The order was acknowledged on the Tuesday. On the Thursday it was still acknowledged as awaiting dispatch. So after a quick phone call to a really polite chap at about 10 I was told he would contact the carriers and they would give me a call with a day for delivery . He said it would probably arrive the next day or early the following week. I was very surprised to see it arrive two hours later ( that's what you call quick ) with no phone call. It was damaged , but being handy was easily repaired. We are delighted with the product at a reasonable price . I would have given 4 Stars but for the lack of information regarding delivery. Oh and the order acknowledgment still says awaiting dispatch ! Does that mean I'm getting another lol?”

“Good clear information, sales and service. They did, however, misinform me, before I made my purchase, that the pergola would include fixing bolts - what the item included was fixing 'pins' for pinning down into grass. A small issue, but nonetheless a tad disappointing. Did not receive the promised message saying when the delivery was due. Otherwise great service and product”

“Item was unfortunately delivered damaged. I had emails regarding replacement of the damaged part, asking me to provide a part number (not sure why I had to do this) but ten days later I still do not have a replacement and my latest email chasing has not received a reply.”
