“Took them more than a week to tell me the product was out of stock, may well have been longer if I had not chased them.”

“I ordered a table set expecting delivery to be 3-5 days (or to have at least heard from someone). When I contacted them they said the set wouldn’t be back in stock until the end of the month (2 weeks after I made the order). When the end of the month came and I hadn’t heard from anyone I called again and was told it still wasn’t back in stock. The next day it was delivered without any warning - luckily I was home. Poor communication. It still needs to be unpacked so fingers crossed it’s all there with no damage.”

“The item took two weeks to arrive instead of the 2 to 5 days indicated on the website. The legs of the table are of substantial different height which makes it impossible to use and there is some dents on one of the legs. It's now been 6 days since I sent the complaint and I still have no information of what is going to happen apart from an email mentioning that the centre is trying to contact the supplier. Surely it does not take that long to get an answer? I have now purchased the table & chairs 3 weeks ago, I can't use them and have no feedback of when the issue is going to be solved.”

“Palram 6x3 shed in grey. Good price and free delivery, arrived within time frame. Attractive shed, nice colour, reasonably sturdy and well constructed. Took two of us ( in our 60's + 70's) a day to put together. Good roof light panels.”

“our arch was not 'easy' to install, but the instructions were good - took about 1.5 hours. very robust and good looking. the feet made the install easy but were very expensive.”

“Bought a playhouse for grandkids. Delivery was longer than indicated and there are a couple of missing components. The unit comes from a third party so this could explain the delay although still longer than expected especially with the missing parts still to be delivered hence not fully built yet. The price is competitive and the kids love it but not fully made yet”

“I'm only giving the company 1star because I had to select value. I ordered my product on the 22nd March....as I type it is the 2nd May and my product is still yet to be delivered. Communication by this company is extremely poor because I've had to chase them up (rather than them updating me as to my product - nearly £500 worth - whereabout). I've just tried to contact them and all their lines are going to voicemail. Will I use this company again?! - I highly doubt.”
