“Excellent service both in the showroom and also on the delivery itself. We got great advice when picking the furniture along with some additional accessories. The delivery was on time and good communication throughout. We did have an issue with the parasol pole not fitting the base we had purchased however Garden Street replaced this immediately with no issues at all. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.”

“Item was not fit for purpose, they would not give me an exchange even though it was faulty. After umpteen texts and emails the solution is still not resolved. I bought this in good faith as an anniversary present for my daughter but that has been and gone. They want me to pay for the return but I should not have to as it is faulty. I bought this item on line as I couldn't go shopping for it as I am disabled and thought it would be easier and yet it has caused me so much unnecessary worry and not being able to sleep. Terrible company.”

“A refund was made to me by mistake. As soon as I got the email notification I contacted the company and expected this to be voided. It’s taken three emails and now a phone call. But despite the time I’ve had to put in to reverse their mistake not even a gesture of good will made! Not good customer relations.”

“Really well designed product. I have made quite a few kits and usually the wood is warped have to make adjustments to make it fit or you find extra parts or some missing. This kit was the best I have come across as everything was well measured, cut exactly and fitted just right. The instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Very happy with the product as I also painted it as below.”

“Received goods in good time. Arrived well packed. There was a problem with a piece of the bench. A new replcement was sent out very quickly. My one criticism is with the delivery. We received no pre information about either delivery. Both items were delivered without any information from the delivery courier and just turned up on the door step. The courier needs to get a grip on dealing with customers. From the reviews this seems to be a recouring theme.”

“Product not the issue. Delivery service was dangerous and must go against manual handling/H&S guidelines. The driver arrived out of the blue at 6pm 2 days before the delivery date. He expected my husband to help him manhandle a boxed 4 seater patio set out of the van and onto our driveway. When we unpacked the set we saw clear instructions on the box for minimum of 4 persons to carry the box. The weight of the box was 82Kg. Very poor show and potentially dangerous to delivery driver and customer. Garden Street did not seem bothered when I emailed to complain.”

“Bike shed is exactly what it looked like on the website. Strong and robust. The delivery was unclear. I heard nothing and then after 2 weeks, an email telling me it would be delivered by 24 hour service. It actually arrived 2 days later. I could have been away. No one checked.”
