“Purchased a swing seat. Very satisfied - my wife and I are using it a lot. Solidly built and not too difficult to assemble. My only small criticism is that the canopy is a bit heavy to lift into place single-handed so I had to call in a friend to help - but then I am 87 years young.”

“Best price I found, my Eden 2-seater sofa set (& covers) looks amazing, so comfortable and well made, delivery was perfect (kept updated, delivered when they said they would within a very few days of order, really well packaged). 100% delighted, will definitely use this company again. Very impressed.”

“Only given 1 star as unable to give zero. Order a bistro set which was delivered quickly. Upon opening the delivery one of the chairs was badly damaged. Rang company straight away to be told to send in pictures and a replacement would be arranged. One week later and only contact is when I ring them to still have no replacement and the excuse they give is to blame Hartman. Avoid at all costs”

“I placed an order for an Arbour which shown as in stock (3-5 days for delivery) , after a week I phoned up to be told that yes it was in stock but as it was busy there was a delay on dispatch so I agreed to allow a little longer. Having not heard anything more I chased up again was told that they didn't have it & it would be a few weeks longer which at that point I gave up & ordered it elsewhere. In summary the item was on the web site as in stock but it wasn't, the only thing I can say in their favour is that they did sort out the refund.”

“Ordered a post box, however, when I telephoned to see how long delivery would take, the information I was given was confusing. I asked if I would actually receive the product I actually ordered, but was told it could be a different variation. I then decided to telephone the company who actually made the postboxes, however, could not get any senesible information, so decided to cancel my order altogether, and get a refund.”

“I ordered the 4 seater St Tropez Garden furniture set with parasol. This did not come with a base, so I ordered a base separately. I picked the base that was at the bottom of the web page "what other customers bought". I assumed this would fit the 4 seater set. There was nothing to say which models it would fit. This base does not fit the parasol. Garden Street have been difficult with the return and exchange and will not pay for the return (a significant amount as it is >12kg)”
