“I ordered a table cover. A circle one. I was sent an oval one. I know the difference! But garden street insisted it was a circle one. Hartford’s to a circle one and an epileptic one. The package was right but the cover wasn’t! It was clear that there was a mix up. Cost £9 for ME to return it! I have used Garden Street a lot in the past. Would never use them again even if they were the cheapest. Do not deal with them if you rely on honest customer service.”

“Delivery reasonably prompt but all flat packs arrived very wet. This had caused one panel to stick to the one under and when separating, managed to split. Quality of unit very poor. Made up from wood seconds joined together. This was all raised but following several mails it still took over a week to get a response. By then had not alternative but to continue building. Final response was that as it had been built and chickens put in it, Garden Street accept no responsibility and no refund/return now possible.”

Package damaged and Very tatty all round, contents rattled in both boxes,on inspection of contents all parts (except the plastic joiner which was split at the end) were okay. More communication when items are late or past due dates needed I should not have to chase things.”

“Excellent choice & easy ordering. The shed arrived on time & is now assembled - looks superb. My only criticism is I don't think the shed panels aren't protected enough; my package had damage to the top edge of both side panels, caused by dropping or dragging.”

“I read A LOT of reviews before making a decision. They were *very* mixed, so I took a shot and it went great! I bought a sideboard, placed the order on the 10th Dec, got it on the 12th! I happily surprised as they specified the delivery time to be 1-5 working days. Hope this helps :)”
