“Really great service all round. Really helpful man in the sales office, nothjing was too much trouble.Garden furniture orderded Tuesday afternoon arrived in Norwich Thursday 10a.m. Delivery tracked and on time, very helpful driver who took the furniture into the back garden. Second time I've used this company same fantastic service. I will use again and would recommend. David Hardy Norwich Norfolk.”

“Lies upon lies. Dont believe their website. Shocking that they blame their supplier when it was them that sold under fake info. They then asked me to provide evidence about their own website. False advertisements .... don't buy I will copy and paste this until they acknowledge what they did. I don't want anyone else to have to experience there lies .... (BTW I do know and fully appreciate garden furnishings issues are first world issues and I am lucky to have a home and garden)”

“I have placed an order 2 times and these have both been cancelled and refunded without any contact or reason given, this has now delayed my project, tried contacting them by phone to ask why and goes straight to voicemail, no chat facility and an auto response email saying 3 days for a reply!! Shocking customer service.”

“canopy delivered on time.installed a few days later. had to improvise due to lack of hieght as i live in a bunglow. great product. very happy . would recommend as different sizes are available. now i need to buy some patio furniture and enjoy the sunny days.”
