Avoid this company like the plague. They will take your money, then ignore you. I've never had such bad customer services

Received my order on time great communication, dealt with any queries really fast, we are delighted with our order and would definitely recommend this company and will be ordering from garden street again!! So many thanks from us

⚠️AVOID THIS COMPANY- IT IS EITHER A HIT OR MISS WHEN IT COMES TO THE COMPETENCE OF THIS FIRM. AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF CHASING ORDERS. ⚠️ I ordered 3 items (over 2 separate orders). I have only received 2 items. I am out of pocket £288 for a royalcraft LED parasol as they say it was dispatched. I have had to get PayPal involved to help me get my money back. I ordered it on the 30 May 2020.

Web Order 132276 Order was received damaged. E-mailed customer services, replied that if I let them know which parts were damaged they would replace them, E-mailed reply that this was a ready assembled unit, and we need a complete replacement. Still waiting for reply 10 days after last e-mail. Not impressed.

Shed ordered 16June,told it would arrive26 June by company and contacted by couriers on 24 June. Recontacted by couriers next day saying shed out of stock...even though it was yourselves who contacted me re shed in stock...Told on 1st July courriers will be in touch shortly...still waiting....Very disappointed with all the lies....Refer to email communications. I just want to know ….I don't want to have to cancel order and get refund but will have no option if this is not dealt with very soon...Its a lot of money ..

Don’t order anything from garden street it will never arrive and their customer service is terrible. They will take over a week to get back to and don’t resolve any of the issues.

Have contacted them by email six times regarding delivery of my Shed. A week ago they said it had been delivered, I have not received it. They said they would look into it, but still no communication, asked them to ring me, to no avail The quoted delivery time is now overdue. Would not use them again, it's been very stressful dealing with them

We purchased Polram Monaco Gazebo. It was worth the wait. Arrived without fuss and intact. Was a delay in erecting gazebo as patio and path needed to be built first. My husband managed to erect the gazebo mostly on his own. He just had a extra pair of hands to help correctly site the legs. Clear instructions and easy to put together. We love it!!!! A great addition to the garden.

5 emails sent, still no response....order supposed to be here 2 weeks ago, no signs.... Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No phone lines open? All other companies seem to be capable of answering emails and phone calls during the challenging times we are experiencing. Wish I had read reviews before ordering....

Extremely good Customer service. Answered my email questions really speedily and delivery was much sooner than quoted which was excellent. I will not hesitate to use Garden Street again.

Awful service, do not order from here you will be disappointed.we order a playhouse which arrived without one roll of felt. We recieved an email saying it was on Express delivery and it has never turned up and this company are ignoring all emails

we ordered a outdoor corner rattan settee with table, after empty promises of delivery and poor communication we received our set to find the glass top smashed, no fault of the supplier but very poor response and after service, the rattan is now coming apart due to there being no table top, the suppliers response is that due sunlight and certain objects amplifying the sun this can occur, we have a table that cant be used as a table and also shouldn't be left in the garden as sun light can cause damage to it. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY,

I have ordered a gazebo- very pricy at almost 900 pounds on the 29/05/20, I cant get through on telepne lines my emails have only been replied once promising to get back to me as soon as. Not even an option to collect myself or refund!!!. Its been well over six weeks now and don't know what to do. All plans have been ruined.I feel a fool....

Rowlinson Triple Bin Store delivered as expected in kit form. I ordered online and the on-line service provided was very good. The Bin Store is quite tricky to assemble and I was surprised to find that many of the required screw holes had not been pre-drilled. In order to drill the necessary holes accurately required the use of 6 inch G-clamps to hold the elements together. Be aware of this before you purchase.

Appalling and unacceptable customer service. I’m still waiting for my purchases over a month later. My emails have gone unanswered. No communication from the supplier whatsoever. Can’t get through to them on their customer service number either. Very poor first experience with this company. Do not recommend and will not be using them again.
