“The quality of the gate was great but the customer service has been terrible, no notification about delivery and when the gate was delivered it was left on my driveway along with the bolt in a package and my elderly neighbour had to get help to move it as I was away. Very poor response to emails and the gate itself was soaking wet and took a week to dry out! Would not shop at garden street or recommend them after my experience I’m sad to say. Appreciate Covid-19 has made things difficult but not an excuse for poor service.”

“Fast delivery! I ordered this Garden Bench from wayfair and they messed me around for 6 weeks! After getting a refund, I found the same item on Garden Street. The order was delivered within 4 working days. Very impressed with the speed of delivery and the bench is beautiful. Very solid and as described online.”

“First time I had used Garden Street and I found the whole experience went very smoothly, table and chairs arrived well packed and in good time and the quality is well up to expectations. Based on my experience I would definitely consider using this company for future purchases.”

“I always buy the no waste bird seed, my last purchase of this product is producing weeds. I contacted the company about this and that asked for a picture of the bags which I sent sometime ago now. I have not had any other contact from them, very poor communication.”

“Love my arbour just exactly what I wanted. Kept well informed of delivery delay due to Covid-19. Arrived in excellent vondition well wrapped. No marks or scratches excelkent quality will last years. Not to complicated to assemble with x2 people. Thank you.”

“CAME GOOD IN THE END. Pre-ordered Royalcraft Lisbon 4 seat dining set for expected delivery from 10th to 13th July. Manufacturer supply to Garden Street was delayed, but no notification was given of the delay. Subsequent email contact with Garden Street resulted in meaningful information being provided with a date 'NO LATER THAN 5th AUGUST' for delivery. Garden furniture received on 4th August!!! Patience and concise email communication on my part with Garden Street and the replies to me gave me the confidence to allow my order to proceed; bearing in mind that I was given the offer of a full refund. END RESULT: A VERY SATISFACTORY OUTCOME. The furniture was well packaged and easy to assemble, apart from the poor quality spanner supplied, tip: use your own. The dining set looks brilliant on our new patio and my wife was thrilled with her belated birthday present!!! I would be happy to use Garden Street again on the basis of improved communication on their part.”

“The arch with planters took weeks to come and would have only come when it did because I rang and complained. Also, the arches over the top came in 4 parts which means they have to be joined in the middle. Clearly should be 2 whole arches as on all the pictures. We have rung, sent photo's as proof and 4 weeks later had no response to say matter being dealt with. Now we can't get through on the phone at all, due to volume of complaints I presume. Summer will be over soon and too late to even put the arch up. Terrible customer service. Product seems ok but not much good as it is and would return it if I could actually speak to someone. If anyone reads this at Rowlinsons would they please contact me. You have my details from my emails.”

“Product sold to me online and credit card charge made. A week later they emailed to say it was out of stock and a full refund would be made. 2 weeks after that I had to email them and demand the refund. Altogether a sorry and dismal experience.”

“I can’t review the shed I bought as I’m still waiting to receive it.... when I placed the order it said it would be 3 weeks till it came into stock, which was fine, it came into stock on the date expected but when I followed up I found it said it would be a 3-4 week lead time on delivery which is just really annoying.”
