The wrong item was ordered and whilst the team was lovely to say they could send us the right item it's now the fourth attempt at delivery with several miscommunications between the team and FedEx and we have waited for four days at home

I paid for the shed on the 6th of June and I am yet to receive a date when the shed will be delivered. This review request is very premature.

Had called to check item (large and expensive) was in stock prior to order after having been let down from another supplier. Assured item was in stock only to be advised 4 days later item no longer available. The reason for 2 stars rather than 1 was the swift refund of the payment taken. Simple customer service here, if item is not in stock just say so and don’t delay the request longer than required.

Your add says items will be delivered in 1-3 days but mine took 6 days.

Poor communication regarding delivery. Was text in morning with same day delivery. Needless to say no one was at home. Item dropped at side of house with no signature. Big package now sat in the middle of my house and I am chasing installation date - owness is put on individual to follow up not what you would expect given money has been taken from bank account

I am very disappointed with this patio planter. there was a chunk missing out of one of the sides and the end panel wouldn't fit, because the wooden battons were mis-aligned. The quality control of the standard of workmanship on this item must have been non-existent, or it would (one hopes) never have been sent out in this condition. I am now awaiting another end panel and very miffed. In mitigation, the Customer Services were quick to apologise, but this really isn't good enough for a so-called quality planter.

Ordered Lifetime Plastic Storage Box Small on 19 April 2018, delivery time stated at 7-15 working days. Apart from the order confirmation and request for reviews on 26th Apr, 27th Apr and 9th May I was not contacted. On the 10th May I considered the 7-15 working day wait had been reached, so I rang customer services and queried the latest development. I was advised by Email , that the carriers had attempted to contact me on 0208563180, this was indeed a wrong number as it should have been 02088563180. I'm at a loss to understand why the lack of contact was not followed up. The incorrect phone number would have generated the information that it had not been recognised as there was not enough digits. Anyway I corrected the error and added my mobile number, via email and waited to be contacted. Having heard nothing by the 15th May, I rang customer services again and was informed by Email "We have been advised that due to the deliveries being booked for this week and next week you shall be contacted Monday/Tuesday of next week to schedule your delivery." Still having no heard from the courier by Tuesday 22nd May, I emailed customer services. On Wednesday 23rd May I was contacted by the courier and advised the delivery would take place on Thursday 31st May. On Thursday 24th May, customer services responded to my email of 22nd May. On the Evening of Wednesday 30th May the delivery took place, not on Thursday 31st May as I was informed, it was pure luck I was in! My first purchase from you was straightforward and went according to expected timeline. It seems if there are any problems it’s a very different story, and the lack of any proactive contact from you leaves a lot to be desired.

Our order was damaged when delivered. A replacement that was sent was also damaged. The damaged seemed to be down to poor packaging. We will not be ordering again with this company as they are third party and the product itself was sent and not inspected by them. We did not know this when ordering through the internet. I have also had to take numerous photographs showing the damages which has wasted my time.

Order placed on 10 May and delivery was first booked for 17 May but didn't arrive. Called them on 22nd and they told me the carrier had rescheduled it for the 23rd - but nobody had told me. It is now 10.30pm on the 23rd and still no delivery. Extremely poor customer service!!

I ordered two identical items in dilver but when they were delivered one of them was green. I understand that this is being dealt with but have yet to receive confirmation that the correct item is being sent out. It is irritating that something so simple can go wrong leading to a waste of people's time all round!

Considering I ordered this article on the 11th May, it is now the 19th and still not delivered and you request a review. I do not consider this good service.

Delivery was very slow and received items out with the estimated delivery time period. Order placed on 1st may - items listed online as being in stock and with 4-8 day delivery- and items not received until 15th may. Phoned twice to enquire but this didn’t expedite things. Delivery note indicated ‘overnight delivery’ so no idea why there was such a hold up. Have received items bought online from USA and China quicker.

No communication with regards to my order (garden shed) after four calls to the shop and waiting 12 working days I again rang to see when I would get a delivery as the 7-14 days delivery time was up in two days time, I was eventually told they could not say when the shed would be delivered. Although Staff were apologetic my gut feeling was they did not care. All it would have taken was a call to keep us aware of what was going on. Item was ordered on 26th April and it took until 15th may for us to know we wouldn't be getting the shed. Would not recommend nor would I order with this firm again.

I was asked to review my item which confused me as I still haven't recieved it yet, so all I can do is review my experience with Garden Street. My order was placed on Mon 23rd April and I was told it would be with me in 7-14 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I have just phoned up to see when my item is likely to be dispatched so I can juggle things around at work to ensure I'm at home on the delivery date. I have now been told that I will be getting a call from the delivery company 'at some point' next week and my item will be delivered 'at some point' the following week. That will mean it would be a minimum of 19 working days awaiting delivery and potentially a maximum of 23 working days (for something that was meant to be 7-14 working days) This could potentially be a full calendar month waiting for delivery which I think is totally unacceptable. I'm in the process of looking elsewhere online for my item and if I can get it delivered to me any sooner, I will be cancelling my order for a full refund. This is my first time buying anything from Garden Street and will no doubt be my last. I understand that things can happen from time to time that can delay things, but it would be nice if Garden Street could've kept me up to date when they realised that there was going to be a delay rather than myself having to phone them chasing it up. If I had been told it would take almost a month to arrive, I would've cancelled and bought it from somewhere else. Also having read some of the other reviews about some of the nightmares that people have had regarding having a delivery date and then their item not arriving that day having waited in all day, I'm not convinced it will come when they say it will! (I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering) I'm regretting looking for the cheapest price for my item as I'm now getting a cheap service, I should've paid a little extra to a company that I'd heard of before and probably would've had my garden shed built now, and have all the contents of my previous shed inside my new one, rather than it all inside my dining room like it has been for the past 18 days and god knows for how many more days. The only positive thing I can say is that the member of staff on the phone was polite but this is not a good enough reason as to why you should shop with Garden Street. I just can't understand how it can take roughly a month to put a flat pack garden shed on a lorry and deliver it to someone's house, it's beyond me it really is. Never again.
