I never received a call as requested near time of delivery only after the product was left at the front of my house for anyone to pinch and after opening realised it was not what I had ordered so had to phone and have to go through all the same hassle again now, when I eventually get a date when the correct item is to be delivered, very disappointed at the moment

Ordered a patio set. Driver arrived between the times I had stated were not convenient. 4 slabs were broken on the pallet. The slabs were so loosely packed on the pallet, they had clearly rocked from side to side in transit. The tail lift was not strong enough to manage the weight of the pallet, as a result the hydraulic sack trucks embedded themselves in the metal plate lining the tail lift. We ended up having to lift each slab of the pallet, until the weight of the remaining slabs made it easy enough to free the sack trucks from the metal plate lining. Have sent pictures, now waiting for replacement slabs.

Waited in all day and the delivery didn,t arrive .Was delivered the following morning .Feel I have wasted a day when a phone call would have sorted the problem

Received my text to say when delivery would be. I requested a change of delivery day as I would be at work,received text confirming new delivery date. Get home from work to find my £80.00 delivery up against my front door?? What is the point of offering the option of changing the delivery date if you are going to deliver when you like??!! Not impressed.

ORDERING WAS FINE PAINLESS EXPERIENCE, BUT THE COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATION OF SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN STOCK WAS POOR, I WAS GETTING TO THE POINT OF CANCELLING THE ORDER UNTIL I WAS PHONED TO ASK WHEN IT COULD BE DELIVERED. ON THE WEB SITE IT STATES 3-7 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY.

Unfortunately, the carriers were unable to reach you on the phone number provided and left a voicemail regarding delivery. The current delivery lead time is 3-7 working days, and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. First the good points, this shed looks good once assembled, that's it. .The bad points, tedious to put together, mine had no pre drilled holes in places where there should have been. .If you watch the experts assemble this on YouTube, they do so very quickly and directly on grass. I was expecting spiral grass ground Anchors to be supplied, they weren't and this shed must be assembled on a concrete base and scewed down, I have not experienced a windy day as yet but don't fancy it's chances of survival, so as a precaution I'm going to put a scaffold pole in the ground outside the back of the shed and lash it to that. .The vents are not slanted so the rain does get in if you don't seal them up. .All in all even at the sale price this shed is not worth the money, I will need to make many modifications for it to be acceptable. .The doors don't shut smoothly and the locking bolts bearly keep it shut, the whole frame has too much movement. The manufacturer should improve drastically and the trade outlets selling this should give purchasers a discount on their next purchase for the trouble.

Order placed 8 April 2017. Following order confirmation, no communication about the delivery. Had to chase after three weeks. Order not started. There would have been a further three weeks delay, so cancelled order. Had to chase refund for two weeks. Refund finally paid 8 May 2017.

I ordered a shed that showed item was in stock with a 3-5 day delivery time. Contacted by the manufacturer directly twice, each time telling me of a delay in production. Both staff I spoke with at Garden Street were apologetic, polite and as helpful as they could be, but just wish that any delay in production from a 3rd party is reflected on the website. Customer promise should come before making the sale!

The delivery has just been left in my front garden, no text or email was sent prior to the delivery, the driver didn't even knock, just left the fence panels, posted a card and drove off.

Purchased a product only to be emailed a day later highlighting they do not have it in stock, all money was refunded immediately. However we were not given the chance to purchase when they were next in stock, which was the same day according to the website but the price had gone up!

The table was very late in being delivered as the courier initially said it couldn't recognise my post code, for some strange reason, I confirmed it was correct so the bird table was delivered. The table itself was in two parts and I was pleased to see one only had to screw the top on, however the screw hole was too big for the screw so the top is loose!

Gazebo was received and many of the parts were missing. Resolution took two weeks and only after I demanded a replacement or a full refund. The replacement did not arrive as promised by Garden Street and so I contacted the manufacturer directly to get resolution - which consisted of receiving the missing parts as the item was now "out of stock". Garden Street could significantly do with improving their customer service. I do not feel that they proactively followed up with me or provided accurate timelines. Up to the point the item arrived they provided a great service but when the delivery was incomplete it was clear they were not proactively seeking resolution and that turned out to be my job. I did receive a £25 refund on a £340 gazebo from the manufacture (via Garden Street) but nothing from Garden Street just an apology with a promise that a replacement (that never arrived) was on its way!

Expected delivery was 3-5 working days after this time no contact had been made and items not delivered. Chased this up and was told would get call back the following working morning which didn't happen so chased again to be told did not know where our order was an now 2 of the 4 items were out if stock so I cancelled the order and am currently awaiting a refund.

Late delivery, compounded by poor customer service - chased delivery 3 times , and e mailed . Eventually got two phone calls , one advising delivery would be made by two pm - the second advising deliver would be made 5pm - Product was already delivered before the first call ! Dreadful

We do use third party carriers for smaller products to ensure free nationwide delivery where possible, and there can occasionally be a lag between advising on a delivery time and us being advised of the time goods are delivery. No tracking for BBQ delivery. No show. When queried, the store had no idea where the product was. Blamed the courier. Eventually refunded purchase price because they were suddenly 'out of stock'. Chaotic service. Dave was polite but ineffective. Not good enough.

be careful if you live in the highlands of scotland. advertised as free delivery then email to say they want extra £12 for delivery. very poor customer service
