Still haven't received the BBQ (it should have been here a week ago) and had no contact from the vendor as to what is happening with it. Looking forward to hearing something soon.

The item arrived without any instructions or fitting pack. I had to call to send another pack out to me. I am very disappointed by the overall finishing and apparent lack of quality control. Most of the pre-fixed screws were rusted! Not all the pre-fixed components were pre-drilled before being screwed together, as there are a lot of cracks and splits. There was a large splinter of wood coming away on one of the back rests. One of the pre-fixed arms does not sit flush with the connecting piece of wood, looks very shoddily made. The top layer of the table and two arms of the chairs were supposed to arrive all connected as one large piece, it arrived in 4 pieces with bent and twisted nails where the pieces had come away. I had to hacksaw the screws off and fit together with additional screws. The front inner arm rests have no way of connecting to the main part of the chair, and so are able to just be pulled upwards away form the table! The instruction kit supplied x22 of the 4x60 screws. The instructions actually require x24. It took me half a day to put the item together due to very poor instructions, not all parts were pre drilled, I had to constantly undo parts that were already fitted together to enable me to force the next part into place, I had to hacksaw off protruding nails in part of the table, I had to use some of my own screws to ensure some parts were fitted together properly. Once I finally put it together, I then had to sand down a lot of rough finishing. I feel that my money would have been better spent in purchasing a DIY kit and putting it together from scratch myself, making sure to pre-drill all holes! I have attached a number of photos to demonstrate my issues. I look forward to your feedback.

I ordered a flat top bird table and only on confirmation of the order through email I was advised it would cost an additional £13.99 for delivery. As you advertise 'Free delivery' on all standard orders, I would think that your website should clarify what is 'standard' prior to accepting the order.

They took full delivery details and payment, but eventually refused the order as they don’t deliver here. So if you live in Scotland or on a UK island, don’t assume that because you give them the full address and postcode, that they will honour the order they've accepted. Suggest you look elsewhere – I did and actually got a better price and delivery.

My order was supposed to arrive on Friday 20.4.18 and I paid express delivery. To my knowledge it still hasn’t arrived. It says on my account it is dispatched that’s was today 24.4.18

27-03-18 Ordered item. Payment went through quickly. 1-3 day delivery slot. 03-04-18 Chased up after hearing nothing for a week. Story about being "miss-scanned" at the carriers and no more available until late April at earliest. 04-04-18 item still on website as 1-3 day delivery. Has now been updated!!! Very poor. Quick responses to emails though including complaint email and got a refund without fuss.

Unfortunately some essential fittings were missing from the sealed box. Apparently they have now been sent separately, once we called up and explained the problem, however this delayed our landscapers by 3 days. Experience not quite what I had hoped for

Bought the bird table on the Monday which was in stock but didn’t get a call about delivery until the Friday which meant it wasn’t delivered for Mother’s Day. Going to arrive 10days after order, just not good enough.

Disappointed to find that the produce requires self assembly but there are no instructions or predrilled holes. This should have been made clear before purchase.

One of the ordered items was no longer available. The two delivered large planters were damaged ++. Boxes that they were packed in was not suitable. Could not be replaced as no longer available. I did receive total refund but was then,left with two very large planters that I had to dispose off.

My bad experience relates entirely to the courier firm. I appreciate this is a separate company however you employ them therefor they are a representation of Garden Street. The lady on the phone was rude, cocky and completely unable to apply a degree of common sense. The delivery was missing one package and they called my mobile at 07:45pm on a Saturday morning to redeliver... Totally unreasonable!

Unfortunately my order was lost and I had to chase delivery. Once found, it was sorted swiftly and I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but it was still disappointing. But the quality of the product is good and I'm pleased with my mini-greenhouse.

It has been over a week and i still haven't received the BBQ that I ordered even though it specified on the order that it would be delivered within 2 - 3 working days.

Items delivered to neighbour and no notification was left, our neighbour notified us the following day. Instructions given for the third item to be left in a safe place however, not followed. Re-arranged delivery that was missed although received notification that it was on route. All in all not a very good experience.
