I wanted some fence panels and I rang up to ask what the delivery date would be before placing the order. When you go to the trouble of asking the specific question it is expected that the answer will be accurate. This was not the case. It is quite different if goods are to be delivered on an unknown date in mid June to a delivery expected before Easter.

ordered Thursday 4th April, promised delivery following Tuesday 9th April, delivery failed to materialise. Next delivery date 3weeks later 29th April. all with no discussion or choice so I cancelled the order.

Ordered fencing, lots of nails missing, had to bang the nails in as they weren't in properly, gaps in the panelling where they shouldn't be, ok but wouldn't buy again. Delivery chap nice but late and didn't contact me until 45 mins after the delivery time.

Gates are good and as advertised. Delivery was the issue. No delivery date confirmed. On day 6 or the advertised 4-7 days I emailed to check as hadn't heard. Email received just stated delivery company would be in touch. Nothing ever received. On day 7 the gate were delivered to my elderly neighbour as we were not aware. Driver was not very polite as he had also tried to deliver the day before. If I had of been notified as confirmed someone would have been in. I did not heard anything from the deliver people or customer services to see if anything had been delivered and all okay. Product good but customer service not so good.

One of the three wooden planters I ordered was broken. The product I ordered was extremely poor quality, considering the price I paid. However, Garden Street, did resolve the problem of a replacement promptly.

It is a good product but when it was delivered it had no screws or brackets. Very frustrating.

The product I purchased is very good quality and I have no problem with that. It is the delivery and subsequent follow up that was poor. I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks after purchase so I telephoned to be told the dispatch company would contact me. This they did a couple of days later and we arranged delivery. On the day of delivery only part of my order came. I rang Garden Street and explained I needed the table for the next day as we had a party arranged. Lady I spoke to was helpful and said they should be able to re send it in time. I was then contacted by manufacturer who said it would take up to 48 hours to locate the table. On Sunday I got a text to say table would be delivered Monday between 9 and 11. Did not arrive so I had to chase up. Driver problems and it finally arrived at 2.30pm. Just poor follow up customer service from Garden Street.

Not great the lead time of 10-15 days was long enough but when I called to see what was happening with delivery it had been delayed by another 5-10 days I would expect what is a third party handler to be on top of their game. I had to cancel my order. My money however was refunded promptly in full. Lisa

I'm not sure whether it's my fault of yours but I ordered and paid for the bike storage before learning about the 2-4 week delivery date. I'm writing this review as I've been emailed asking me to, but the storage still isn't here. I think that's says it all... 4 weeks is totally unacceptable to deliver something, you obviously don't hold stock. This makes you a middle man taking a nice chunk of this sale for profit... As I say, still haven't received the item so can't review it.. I'm sure it's lovely, it cost enough!! 4 weeks delivery is NOT acceptable in 2019. Make it clearer on the website that this is the case. If I'd have known you would not have got my custom

We advertise on the product page of the item that it has a lead time of approximately 14-28 working days. Ordered product... a week later had to chase delivery. Then informed not available for 2 weeks. Chased 2 weeks later then informed a further 4weeks.

The quality of the goods was really good but the website said 2-3 days delivery and they’d let me know when it was dispatched. A week later I was still waiting and so contacted via website. I think they forgot my order but I did get it 2 days later

I ordered the Rowlinson bin store on 6 January and received a text from Rowlinson on 9 January saying that the carrier would contact in the next few days. By 18 January I had heard nothing (so much for a few days) and getting a bit fed up as I wished to get on with the project I contacted Garden Street (Natalie). I was only then contacted by the carrier with a delivery date of 24 January, some 20 days after placing the order. So thank you to Natalie for waking someone up and to the DB delivery driver who was excellent.

Person I spoke to at Garden Street was very helpful but still not received goods ordered on 27 November with delivery within 3 to 7 days. Subsequent call to Garden Street last week I was informed that item was out of stock with supplier due in at the end of last week and still nothing. Would not order from Garden Street again Maureen Humphreys

Failed to inform me that there was a big delay on my garden shed, ordered with Garden Street because they had the quickest del time , but when I phoned to check delivery date I was then told about the delay when they should of told me earlier. Have now moved to my new property and cannot clear my garage so have had to leave it there, am so lucky to know the purchaser and leave it there until my shed arrives

Suppliers sent wrong item (door canopy), but it was sorted within a week or two. Both the wrong item and the correct one were poorly packaged and had tears in the cardboard, with minor dents and scratches to the content inside. Under other circumstances I would have returned them, but by now the fitters were booked in, so I decided to live with it. I won't be using this supplier again, however.
