I ordered the Rowlinson bin store on 6 January and received a text from Rowlinson on 9 January saying that the carrier would contact in the next few days. By 18 January I had heard nothing (so much for a few days) and getting a bit fed up as I wished to get on with the project I contacted Garden Street (Natalie). I was only then contacted by the carrier with a delivery date of 24 January, some 20 days after placing the order. So thank you to Natalie for waking someone up and to the DB delivery driver who was excellent.

Person I spoke to at Garden Street was very helpful but still not received goods ordered on 27 November with delivery within 3 to 7 days. Subsequent call to Garden Street last week I was informed that item was out of stock with supplier due in at the end of last week and still nothing. Would not order from Garden Street again Maureen Humphreys

Failed to inform me that there was a big delay on my garden shed, ordered with Garden Street because they had the quickest del time , but when I phoned to check delivery date I was then told about the delay when they should of told me earlier. Have now moved to my new property and cannot clear my garage so have had to leave it there, am so lucky to know the purchaser and leave it there until my shed arrives

Poor so far! Have no Gate yet or any communication either! Maybe you could look into this and let me know when I can expect the Gate!! Looking forward to hearing from you!

Suppliers sent wrong item (door canopy), but it was sorted within a week or two. Both the wrong item and the correct one were poorly packaged and had tears in the cardboard, with minor dents and scratches to the content inside. Under other circumstances I would have returned them, but by now the fitters were booked in, so I decided to live with it. I won't be using this supplier again, however.

Difficult to comment on the water butt that I ordered as it got lost in transit, and I am still waiting for a replacement.

I received an immediate email confirming my online order. However, this coming monday (2 days time) is the end of the 7 working day delivery window and I have heard nothing about whether the shed I ordered is being delivered. This makes planning for monday impossible and us very inconvenient. Almost all companies keep you better informed about delivery times than Garden Street.

All was good till I come to assembly my product, no instructions sent & missing parts. Instructions were emailed to me quickly but missing parts are still missing. 3 days after reporting this, nobody from company has bothered to email me back to say I will be receiving these parts or not. So poor service & would not recommend buying from them.

delivery should have been between 5 and 7 working days and it was 9 also I would never have ordered the product had I known holes needed to be pre drilled !!! for the price of the item the holes should already be drilled got to pay someone now to do this as I do not have a drill !!!!! It should say this on product information !!!

I placed my order for two Lutyens style benches on 28th May 2018 but have had to wait until today, 9th July 2018, for delivery. Garden Street did not contact me to advise about the delay and I had to contact them. This is not good customer service. The benches, now they are assembled, are good quality and I am delighted with them.

The window awning which I bought as being 2m wide was somewhat less than that dimension although setting out dimensions in the instructions were for a 2m awning. If I had drilled the holes for the fixings as shown in the instructions they would be too wide apart to support the awning. As I need an awning which is actually 2m wide I had to return the item supplied

The product was great and as described and at a reasonable price.. However delivery was not so good. The first date and time I was given was not convenient so I contacted the manufacturer to say I would be home later that day or offered alternatives as requested. I then received several conflicting emails ranging from we will deliver to a safe place we can't deliver on the alternatives. We can't deliver without a signature. In the end I rushed back just in time to receive another email saying they would deliver on one of alternatives. On the next delivery date l received another email cancelling delivery. Three days later I received a new date this time it was delivered. On top of this the pagoda was advertised as being treated and guaranteed for 15 years. The information received with the goods said it was recommended to be treated every 12 months

Took 10 days to arrive. Left in my neighbours' back garden, despite my being in. Discovered by my neighbours when they returned from work. (Luckily their dog did not escape when the delivery was left.) Our understanding was someone needed to be in to take delivery. Clearly this was not the case. All the pieces appear to be there, including an additional piece of grooved timber (as far as I can tell this has not come adrift from one of the other assemblies). No instructions, so I was forced to download them from the website in order to check the parts are all there. Made the supplier aware, and they apologies. Really not impressed.

Item was supposed to be delivered between 12.00 and 18.00. It was delivered before 11.00, (when we were out) left without any packaging on the drive, item is damaged, perhaps this was the reason it was delivered without checking and without being signed for? Not happy customer.

Telephone contact to arrange delivery poor. E mailed with contact details; called back within minutes. No pre booked time slots for delivery available. Order tracking not updated. Goods scheduled to arrive as two seperate packages; only one delivered on the day. No advice received that a phased delivery was planned. Had to e mail to get delivery date for part two. Not a very good customer service experience
