“Ordered the unity double bbq table on 9 August and it was delivered 13 August. Good service, no problems. Received sealed box with instructions and simple to assemble. Husband super happy with new outdoor bbq trolly. Sturdy and weatherproof 👍”

“Excellent! First time I have bought from Garden Street and I am very impressed . Excellent customer service, they kept me informed when the furniture went out of stock and when there was a further delay, they gave me the option of cancelling and obtaining a full refund. I’m glad I waited because the furniture is amazing, It looks perfect on my terrace , is very good quality for the money and exactly what I was hoping for. I would not hesitate to recommend and would buy from them again..Oh and the delivery service was spot on as well. 10 out of 10 Garden Street!!”

“Never buy from this company again !! No one to update on progress of delivery. The order was placed on 24 June 2020. The estimated delivery time was 14-28 days. Tried to find out the progress after 28 days. There is no one to answer phone calls. Very slow to respond emails only to give you standard reply that the delivery time is 14-28 days. It has taken nearly two months (as at 17 August 2010) and still don’t know when the order will be delivered. Totally insensitive by offering to cancel the order after I have waited such a long time. Asked for a review when I have not even receive the order. A terrible company to deal.”

“The bistro table arrive early and well packed. It assembled very easily. It’s very sturdy and well made. I love the colours and design of the tiles, this was the main reason for buying it.”

“Pleased with purchase. Arrived quite quickly. Only problem was, leg broken on one of the chairs, but after a phone call to Customer Services (spoke with an extremely helpful lady) this was replaced and sent to me very promptly Angela London”

“We bought the Palram Sierra 3 x 3m patio cover in grey. Expected delivery 4th August ie 4 weeks delivery so we were really pleased when we had notification that it was to be delivered a week early. It was delivered well packaged by 2 very pleasant delivery men. No complaints at all and when we came to erect the instructions were very clear and the erection went very well. All in all a very satisfactory experience. I would add that this item was for sale at Amazon and at Wayfair for over £150 more!! Thank goodness we shopped around, we would definitely check out Garden Street before making any future purchases.”
