“Can you believe it took them over 2 months to sort my order out first I ordered a 5x3 Pen Metal Shed requested a refund within 14 days of purchase because it was too small, wanted an exchange for the 6x4 Pen Metal Shed instead exactly the same just bigger took them that long I had to call every week with out a miss to check what was going on with my order which was a nightmare would not recommend or/even use them again by the time I got my 6x4 Shed I found the same Shed cheaper on Wayfair.co.uk so regret buying from them don't make the same mistake I did!”

“the fault was not with Garden street but with the supplier of the shed (mercia) unpacked the shed parts checked against instruction manual and found 18 Pieces missing all the fixings, in the instruction manual the items had a cross next to parts that were not in the packaging so could not build the shed so sent it back for a full refund”

“Our bbq was delivered within 3 working days, as ordered. Left in our garage on pallet. I felt I got good value as it came with a genuine cover for just an extra £10, when everywhere else charged at least £40. The ordering process was easy too.”

“Mini store shed arrived on the planned day but very late in the day. Shed is not brilliant quality. Was quite easy to assemble although there are gaps around floor level even though it is on a concrete base. Would use this company again should the need arise.”

“Ordered item. Wasn’t delivered within the timescale given. Had to chase for an update. Was informed that it would be back in stock on 26 June. Still do not have the item (as of 30 June) or confirmation that it has been despatched. Meanwhile the website continues to show that it is in stock.”

“Product was fine but we were let down badly on delivery. Had to chase delivery date then told product was out of stock but when ordered it was in stock! Then product arrived without warning. Poor information considering modern technology.”

“We received the rocking chair by courier earlier this month. We started to assemble the chair and discovered that plugs did not fit smoothly into the holes. In addition one of the holes at the bottom of the legs was too big for the screws that were provided meaning that we could not attach one of the rockers. Because the holes were out of line with the plugs this caused one of the legs to split slightly when starting to attach the rocker. We reported the screw issue to Matthew at Leisure Grow. He asked us for video evidence!! Evidence was provided over 2 weeks ago. We have received messages from Matthew advising that a larger screw will be sent to us but this has not arrived. Please can you come and collect the chair that has been provided as it is faulty and provide us with a new one? The service has not been acceptable so far. We can see that a chair that fits together and screws up will be very nice so that is what we require please. Regards Andrew Fagg 07720353866”

“My daughter who I bought this for was happy with the delivery she was able to track where they were. They delivered on time. Unfortunately due to weather it’s still in the shed.”
