“The flat pack frame did not screw together properly with the boxes too small to have full length frame lengths. No base included.”

“Product showing in stock and around 3 days delivery, turns out it wan’t in stock and took 9 working days. Had lots of issues with Rowlinsons product which are slowly getting sorted, would not buy any more of their products and still waiting for final resolution of my issues. 3 day shift after ordering I rang to enquire about approx delivery date and promised a ring back which never happened.”

“The communication with Garden Street was excellent and the delivery was between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Received our Arbour in a very strong crate and the only pitfall was that we had to dispose of this ourselves. My husband is in his early seventies and it took him all day to erect this. According to the fitting instructions it states that you need two strong men to fit this but my husband fitted it all by himself without any difficulty. The arbour is all fitted and in the process of being painted with the colours green and cream and it is starting to look fantastic.”

“I ordered a triple bin store online. Delivery was 3-5 working days. Heard nothing for 9 days then called Garden Street customer service who said I should have been contacted by the delivery company and would chase it up for me and get back to me the same day. Heard nothing. Called again the following day, now 10 days late, only to be told the item was out of stock! Very poor service. I won't be using this company again. Bought same product online and it was delivered within 3 days!”

“Service was excellent. My only concern was that the instructions were a little difficult to understand.I made the mistake of not aligning the brackets with the back edge of the main support on the back wall. This was mainly due to me having to fix the unit onto an irregular stone wall which was not easy to line up to. A warning in the instructions would have saved me a lot of time in correcting the mistake.”
