“Really great service for this patio cover. The Palram patio cover was very straightforward to put together and now it is up seems very sturdy and secure and exactly what we needed for our patio. We had one tiny issue with a part missing but the after sales service team were excellent and had the parts out to us within two days of ringing up.”

“Good quality water butts at a very competitive price. Extra star would have been given but the carrier damaged a lid of one butt and am awaiting its replacement.”

“Sadly the wrong item was received. I’ve been in touch with the customer service team. I was assured that I’d be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Sorry far no contact from them. Very poor service .”

“Ordered item, got confirmation email, heard nothing back, contacted towards end of delivery date, was told they didn’t have the item in stock and would have to wait till Mid September from the start of August to receive. No notification of this, and assume company would have happily kept my money until they had the stock in. No email from garden street to let me know it wasn’t available. Make sure your warehouse stock matches your website stock would be great.”

“Disappointed with the quality of timber used and finish of the timber. Could be far better and detailed instructions. Decided to use coach screws rather than the screws provided around the seating battens and numerous other strategic areas. Thought it would make the seats, for example sturdier and more stable to sit on. I am a competent DIY'er, but for anyone with less skills, ???? not so sure. Otherwise, very pleased with the arbour and good value for the money”

“Bought a wooden playhouse for the grandchildren. Delivery was when stated, and all parts included. Only criticism is that the magnetic door catch isn't strong enough, apart from that I am very pleased with it.”

“Easy to use website for browsing and purchasing. Liked the quality of products for sale. No problems with delivery - got a call to discuss delivery options to make sure I was available which I thought was considerate. I purchased Rowlinson Screen and Paving Slabs set.
