“Our order of a gazebo arrived earlier than expected which is great, luckily we were in to receive it as the delivery co didn't advise on when they were coming. The instructions were difficult to read but following a call to the customer helpline at 4.30 a new set arrived by email by 8am next day. Overall very pleased with our Glendale Venice gazebo and your customer service.”

“Have paid for the Barshed in full, and have phoned to ask where it is/when we will receive it. Had no reply and no delivery , our wedding reception at our home is in 2 weeks and we haven’t heard anything from anyone. Incredibly disappointed .”

“The gazebo I ordered is of excellent quality. It’s sturdy and well made. I hired someone to put it together, which they did very quickly, and solo. My one recommendation to the company is to provide more detailed information on the shipping procedure, as the shipping company doesn’t call to say when they are coming and you have to leave a detailed note with a parcel number if you want your package left for you. The Garden Street customer service department was excellent and answered my many questions. The delivery agency was very friendly and helpful as well during my delivery issues. We will definitely order from Garden Street again. There should be something to tell customers that you need to purchase concrete screws if needed, as they are not included in the packaging. Other than that, it’s a great experience.”

“we are happy enough good quality 1 damaged panel replaced but did find one more with a fault on one of the other panels what leaves a slight gap what you can see through.apart from that ok. Will probably order more soon.”
