“Waited for the Keter Iceni bench to become available,Garden Street website indicated this would become available on 25thMay so went on site at intervals leading up to that date so as not to miss out if it became available earlier,checked on the 25th May and true to their word they had it available on that day.Impressed that from ordering to delivery was seamless so would use Garden Street again based on this service.”

“Read a lot of bad reviews after I order garden furniture so was a little worried , how wrong I was . Order taken delivery booked and date given was kept up to date with delivery and times and order arrived on time and furniture all in one piece Very happy with Garden Street and my furniture plus it was cheaper than anyone else”

“Bought fence panels advertised on the Garden St website as being 1830mm wide x 1220mm high. They turned up at 1800mm x 1200mm so don’t fit. Called, but emails only. Email reply says response 3-5 working days. Longer than 5 working days, still nothing. Got a garage full of panels in the way and £460 down. Hoping this review helps prompt a reply.”

“The product we brought was A palram Martinique 4300 gazebo and it is excellent. the instructions we easy to read and follow and it took my wife and I about 4 hours to put together. We are really happy with it. Delivery was estimated at 4-6 weeks but got it in 3 so even happier.”

“Really strong and sturdy plant trough, easy to put together. Very heavy so advisable to assemble where it will be placed. We drilled drainage holes in bottom and lined the trough before adding compost. Delivery ok, arrived in 2 parts but on separate days.”

“I ordered #128019 (WEB 128019) 25.5.20 and paid £142.99 with a credit card. You were awaiting stock to arrive 29.5.20. After 3 weeks delay, I have still not received the Suncast Resin Wicker Cube Deck Box, nor sadly heard from you. When will I get delivery of my order? Malcolm Fryer. “I ordered my garden furniture (which said in stock and they took my payment of nearly £600) and I looked forward to it arriving. I had just done up my garden and it was coming up to my daughters 21st birthday. We had planned to go to New York but due to the current situation was unable to go so I had decided to surprise her and invite a few family and friends over to self distance and sit in my now beautiful garden. After 4 weeks the order still hadn't arrived which was understandable due to the current situation, but I thought I’d just send them an email just to check and see when it would be arriving. I had an email back saying that they were sorry but my order was out of stock and they wouldn’t be getting anymore in until the end of July. As you can imagine I was very disappointed. If they had told me this near to the beginning when I placed my order I could have got my money back and purchase it somewhere else. My daughters birthday is in a couple of weeks and I’ve got a beautiful garden but nowhere for her visitors to sit. I will NOT be using this company again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.”
