“I am really disappointed and disgusted that you ask me to write a rating of my product, I ordered it on the 26th March and still haven't received it no contact from any of you whether your working from home or at the business you should contact your customers and keep them informed”

“I had purchased a beautiful table and 4 chairs for the garden on 26th March 2020 I am totally disappointed with this company after being told it was to be delivered and then it wasn't I took a day off work especially and they are not taking any calls at all and I emailed them 72hrs ago and they still haven't replied”

“Two days after placing my order I received an email cancelling my order as item was out of stock. Received a full refund at the same time. Obviously very disappointed but a prompt service was appreciated.”

“I have bought a 3M Grey Garden Parasol from Garden Street.co.uk, which stated on the website that was IN STOCK and available for delivery !! They then sent an email stating delivery would be about 14 working days from order placed 31/5/2020 so placed the order & they took our money. This was fine, but it is now 16 days, having sent numerous emails in the interim so thought I would call for an update - they are not taking phone calls! So I thought I would have a look at their website to see any up to date information, and found my grey garden parasol is no longer in stock, although they took payment for it 3 weeks ago! I would like to be contacted & at least offered some sort of compensation or an alternative for the inconvenience or full refund TODAY 19/6/2020!!!!! Frustrated with their generic emails stating they will reply in 5 days !!! I am now really worried that this is a scam and will be contacting Trading Standards in their area if I don’t hear from them within the next 24hours ! Be Very Careful Buying from this Company!”

“Delivery exceeded expectation as bench arrived earlier than advised. Very happy with product. Not a problem because we are currently ‘staying at home’ due to COVID but usually confirmation of delivery date would be needed for an item of this size.”

“Ordered item beginning of april. never received my order and still waiting on refund. they are even lying on this site, saying they have a live chat option, which they don't, and don't even try to phone them now. Thank god for Covid so they have something to blame for their ignorance and stupidity”

“Ordered shed over a month ago. Have heard nothing since. No answer on phone number. No response to emails. I understand Covid19 has probably caused delays so I waited 1 month before attempting to chase for update. Poor communication and 0 customer service.”
