DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE! Garden Furniture ordered 17th May 2020, under "Garden Street" own terms of contract they will deliver in 7 to 15 days. After taking payment they gave no communication or updates. They would not answer phone calls, blame was put on COVID 19 but emails and redirected calls can be taken working from home. June 9th no furniture no communication. They would not give us a delivery date until I complained to Pay Pal and then they gave us 16th June, nothing arrived, no communication. Complained again to Pay Pal they blamed the carriers, said their server was down because of bad weather, and gave a delivery date 22 June. Surprise, surprise no delivery, no explanation no communication. They continue to pass the blame to the carriers but never did they contact me to say there was a problem or there would be a delay, atrocious business ethics. 22 June I have had enough thank God for Pay Pal I escalated the complaint to get my money back.

Ordered shed and paid in full 19TH April and still NOT RECEIVED, even though it says dispatched on the 1st May, only received 1 email after lots of emails enquiring where is was.... it is now 1st July and still no communication from customer services..... joke! What customer service! Never ordered from this company before but it looked a good website which worked well, unfortunately you can’t say that about the human side of this shambles of a company. WARNING ...... DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

Item was out of stock and Garden Street offered me the chance to cancel the order or to wait for it to come back into stock. They kept me informed about delivery dates. Item exceeded expectations and was well worth the wait.

I placed the order for the Bunbury Sofa Set over the telephone with Garden Street. The order process went smoothly and I was surprised to receive it the following week just 7 days later. So my experience with Garden Street deserved 5 stars. Unfortunately when I unwrapped it the sofa and table in the set had 3 broken feet in total. I couldn’t get through to after sales service at Rowlinson which is the maker of the sofa set, so I sent them an email. I still hadn’t heard from them a week later so I contacted them by telephone today and they said they would send me the replacement feet out and I should get them by the end of the week. Yet another week of waiting. So provided they arrive when they’ve said it won’t be to bad an experience but at the moment I still have a £850 Rattan sofa set sitting in the garage I can’t use. So that’s why I’ve marked it down by 1 star. I can’t fault Garden Street and if I was just reviewing them it would have been 5 stars.

Bistro set delivered in a bashed and torn state a week ago now. I immediately contacted by email as advised and sent pics of damage to chair. I am still awaiting a response after first email confirming my complaint. I do not call this good customer service.

We ordered a picnic table, which is exactly as described on the website - very good quality and sturdy. However, due to the present Coronavirus epidemic this did take a day or two longer to arrive than anticipated, but emails sent were quickly replied to.

I have only two major regrets in my life: I listened to my friend when he said I wouldn't hurt myself jumping off a very high cliff into water, and secondly, buying this product. If this is England's answer to the flat-pack market it is no wonder IKEA has the market all to it's self. This product is over-engineered, over complicated and poor quality. It is also of smaller dimensions than cheaper and better models from B&Q, which assemble in a fraction of the time. I would go on, but I have too many cuts on my fingers from the sharp edges of the shed I bought from you and my fingers are too sore from trying to do up the 4 million screws and bolts that almost hold things together to bother. AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered a Willow Gazebo and Arch but after a while decided to ask when to expect delivery only to be told that the Gazebo was now unavailable. I agreed to a refund as I have found another supplier who can do the same products at a lower price. Early days yet but still waiting to hear about my refund.

A day late on delivery but given current problems understandable. Delivery guy (Alan)was very apologetic and courteous and efficient.

My garden seat arrived early compared to the delivery date and I was very pleased with this. The seat has been assembled and looks good. The only problem - it took quite a long time to put together- compared with what we assumed would be an easy job, but very pleased with the end produce.

I am sure it will be good but as my order (8th June, 21 days ago) hasn't arrived yet, I'm assuming that this is due to the present Covid-19 situation? My fingers are crossed that it will eventually arrive safely, so still hoping. I hope to be able to do this review when my chair has arrived. Then it will be 5 stars!

I know we are in unprecedented times,however no communication throughout the whole time of 30 working days after order was too much. Then after I email first they say I have a few days to wait then my order actually moves to dispatch. Still not received 8 working days later so I ask them where it is to be told it's out of stock till 06 july. If my refund is sorted promptly I will edit my review and rate them higher as good customer service and this would of just been unfortunate.

Great service. Arbour came within 6 days of ordering. I have studied and understand instructions. Now in process of painting before assembly. No problems so far. Delivery man very helpful. Thank you.
