“The only issue I have with customer services is the length of time taken in responding to e-mails.Rarely was a response forthcoming within 48 hours-more like 60 or 72. Need to respond to customers more promptly please.”

“When we ordered the Patio Planters we were advised that they were out of stock and would not be delivered until the end of May. We were quite happy to wait until then as the product was exactly what we were looking for. Imaging our surprise to have them delivered two weeks before we thought. The guy who delivered them was an absolute gentleman and offered to take the rather large bundles around the side of the house and into the back garden instead of just leaving them down the side path. When it came to putting them together it is definitely a two man job, but they are simple to construct just a bit heavy. I'm not complaining as this shows their build quality, which is by the way very good. We will be ordering more when the time comes. Thank you Garden Street.”

“Ordering from Garden Street was very simple and straight forward. Communication was excellent. We ordered a garden table and chairs. Product was exactly as described and arrived when they said it would. It was extremely well packaged, arriving on a pallet and well wrapped. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and highly recommend them”

“Brilliant service and price was brilliant and it came in time for wife’s birthday. I spent 2 hours putting it together and 3 hours painting it. She was very pleased with it. I also made some side cup holders to add to the design. A great addition to our garden. Thanks very much”

“Product arrived with one faulty part which had a crack all down one side, contacted customer service who responded promptly within 24 hours. Faulty part identified with supplier and a replacement was received 1 week after first delivery. Overall satisfied with service.”
