“great looking gazebo I did have some spare parts but no instructions and have still not worked out what they are for ,overall it looks great in the garden”

“Customer service is second to none. I would have given 5 stars but had to purchase screws and nails due to the ones provided being of poor quality, several screws lost heads and as did nails! The glass sheets were also glued together with some sinky mouldy paper. Whole product is finally up and fine.”

“On Tuesday I emailed a question. I received a quick reply answering all my questions allowing me to place my order the same day. A fast delivery was important to me and the service I received was second to none, so much so the item was delivered by 10am on Thursday of Same week. Thank you again for your help and exceeding my expectation of 'fast delivery'.”

“Product is fanstastic and a really good price in comparison to other organisations. The delivery service however is incredibly disappointing. Its outsourced to another company who tell you the delivery date, offer no alternative and take no liability for leaving deliveries outside of properties even if you've advise the delivery date and or location is not suitable unless someone is in to accept the delivery.”

“When I spoke to Garden Street on the phone the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. My order came as forecast (I must of been the first in line). The Carriers were very helpful and courteous and put the delivery where I wanted it”
