“Horrendous service - would not deliver on a Saturday without an additional £42 being paid despite the product being £500. The only reason I actually got a call from the carrier was because I chased the order. Extremely disappointed as order a product for a huge family reunion and it didn’t arrive. No offer to waive the charge or even try and help.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your reply. Our delivery lead times are advertised as working days, of which your order was delivered within. Working days unfortunately do not include the weekend. On this occasion the extra charge was offered so that you could receive the item on the Saturday. “All delivered in time and when we built the shed everything was present and fitted! this was a huge relief as buying flat pack furniture can go horribly wrong! I would thoroughly recommend this product and this company! Thank you Allan”

“Easy straight forward transaction. This product is a flat pack 3 wheelie bin store made by Rolinson and when ordered it is delivered directly from Rolinson's. Garden Street offer one of the best prices. Its a is a product that is marketed by most of the garden centres for Rolinson's. So prices vary considerably. Some of the garden centres are asking up to £350 for exactly the same product delivered directly from Rolinson's. It's a real scam buy ROLINSON'S. The garden centres do all the hard work of advertising, marketing and selling their many products and the garden centres decide what to charge for their services So shop around and Garden Street are one of the cheapest.”

“Ordered a Rowlinson triple bin store and enquired about delivery after 4 days, only to be told it was out of stock. Delivery received after 10 days (only to find 2 out of 3 items received). Rang again to chase the missing item. 2 days later it came. Very poor post order.”
