“Very good quality Swing Seat. Thrilled to bits with it. Solid and very easy to construct, though quite heavy. Delivered as expected. Delivery man was lovely and so friendly. I offered to help but he refused and carried all the pieces himself. Very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“" spent a lot of money on a garden shed nearly £1000.... when it turned up the quality compared to exactly the same shed i bought from tiger sheds was appalling, bits falling off the bottom of the shed panels etc..... not very good at all, very disappointed !!!! was expecting a lot more tbh..”

“Going into the second week and still the missing parts have not been delivered. Still no contact from Garden Street. A £1000 of garden patio sunshade that we still cannot use. Dreadful customer service. Avoid.”

“Excellent people to buy from. One of the metal grills on the Grill stream became distorted with bubbling. A replacement grill was replaced within days I can say no more than that how it should be and that's how it was. Andy J ( Widnes)”

“Be warned this company has no idea about customer care and will put up a brick wall if you want to return something. My simple advice is spend your hard earned cash elsewhere and get treated with a bit of respect rather than an inconvenience.”

“I ordered £1000 of garden sunshade. Missing parts result in being unable to use. Contacted company twice and still no resolution. They blame their supplier. I have an expensive sunshade I cannot use. Would not recommend and dreadful customer service. Avoid.”

“Whilst the purchase of the garden furniture was an easy and straightforward process, the actual delivery sequence was a complete nightmare. The delivery date was set for the 14th of April; this was changed only days before owing to 'issues' (undisclosed). The delivery was scheduled for the following Tuesday; it never arrived and no explanation was given. I then proceeded to make numerous telephone calls and each time I was told delivery would be made. I was also promised a first slot delivery! The first slot turned out to be at 12.15 on the 22nd April, in an empty lorry with a very unfriendly driver. Throughout the process I spent three days at home waiting for a delivery and if I had not made the telephone calls I would have had no idea what was going on as the company's communication skills were zero. Although the furniture is fine my experience will lead me never to buy from this company again.”
