“Very flimsy, takes a long time to put up. No base !! Takes a huge amount if time to adjust once put up. very disappointed!!”

“I had a couple of issues with my last purchase but the lovely staff at Garden Street went over and above to sort them out. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.”

“I purchased a Rowlinson premier potting station at over £200. When it arrived it was very damaged as it had not been packed in anything but thin plastic. So, the whole thing was obviously flying about during transit and wood got broken and split and the metal table top very bent. I emailed Garden street to explain the problem and to warn them how the item was not packed. I did receive a reply asking for pictures. I am not very tech savvy and emailed to say so and explained I didn't wish for a refund just to warn them this was not acceptable. I received another reply asking again for pictures. I feel if someone takes the time to inform a company of a problem they should be grateful and follow up to make sure it doesn't not happen again.Luckily my Husband is clever and was able to rectify the problem I won't be buying from this company again as I did not feel a valued customer.”

“The furniture arrived on time in large boxes which the driver refused to take round to the back of the house. I was in hospital at the time so my wife had to unpack the boxes and carry the settees, chairs and table around to the back of the house on her own. Apart from that bad experience, we love the dining set and have used it many times when the weather has alowed.”

“There were problems with warping of one of the seat pieces and with the table top - however both were resolved quickly by Garden Street with replacement parts being sent. It was difficult to see the issues until you tried to put the pieces together as this was my first time building something like this”

“Brilliant product, speedy delivery and excellent service. Churnet Valley Log Store 4x6 - exceptionally quality, well built and delivery driver was a star, tried not to let me help (maybe because I’m a small built female 😁), explained each part, how to maintain and checked he was handing over the right bag of screws and assembly instructions. I will definitely use Garden Street again, maybe it’s time for a new shed soon … THANK YOU PS - we put it together in less than half an hour!!”

“Couldn’t fault this product. My order was delivered exactly as promised and I was given a 2 hour notification of delivery. Slight hiccup with one of the parts ,but that was quickly resolved by Chris at Vitavia who could not have been more helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this product and the company for quality and customer service.”

“Over the moon with this awning. Fantastic service too. I lost one of the fixing bolts down the cavity of my wall, after getting in touch with them they kindly sent me a new one free of charge. Can't thank you enough.”
