“After an initial hiccup with the order (caused by high demand we understand) and a couple of phone calls, the very helpful people we spoke to sorted out delivery of our shed which arrived at its destination c3 weeks after the final order was agreed, Happy to say the shed is now erected and looks good.”

“All in all the summerhouse had no major problems couple of pieces were slightly damaged but was covered later by other pieces so didn't matter, some bits missed out on the wood stain, and had a problem with the door but the person fitting it sorted it for me, and has others have stated before it is slightly smaller than 8ft. But like i said all in all nothing major, arrived on day and time so that was good and I would recommend to friends and family has I am pleased with the purchase all went OK.”

“A very efficient service, fencing panels were due in 3 weeks but instead arrived in a week. The delivery driver was extremely finish and helpful. The product was of excellent quality - altogether you couldn’t ask for more.”

“Ordered LG Outdoor Soleil Parasol 6/6/21-advised awaiting stock. Paid for and my account debited 7/6/21. Not yet supplied but iut had been suggested it would be in stock 16/6/21. Telephoned twice - last 24/6/21 and each time told that someone will call back with info . Dispatcher blamed which suggests item has been in stock, but information not yet supplied as to when I can expect the item. Shame - rather confirms what others have been saying about this company. John Barnett”

“I ordered a gazebo had not received any communication about delivery date rang was told I will find out wjetevotvis and call you back no apology rang back again 3 days later samectjing we will ring you no explanation as to what was the problem rang again to get money back and was told by the same lady again you will get a confirmation for your refund no email only seems to be one person in customer service and takes all day to get through in the phone they must advertise goods they do not have very disappointing do not order from this site its quicker getting things from china”

“Happy with my purchase of a garden bench from Garden Street. Ordering was simple and delivery was ahead of schedule. Only minus aspect to the whole transaction were the button head fasteners used to assembly the bench were of a poor quality and rounded off when tightening down. That aside with the product, I have no complaints about Garden Street.”

“The product is great ! The promises of delivery times not so great. We purchased a Suncast Belmont shed two years ago which is brilliant but was 6 weeks late on delivery. We wanted a second Belmont shed but insisted I buy it on the grounds they don’t keep us waiting again, they promised prompt delivery BUT the same thing has happened 😤 Should have received my shed around now (21-6-21) now been told they will ring me on 6-7-21 to “tell me when THEY WILL DELIVER” so could be weeks away!!!! Not happy ! now trying to find another shed elsewhere!! Not good enough !! No offer of compensation! My advice to people…..look elsewhere.”

“Managed to source the planter we wanted online through this company. It arrived without delay, although had been told by other garden centres that wood is in short supply. Was easy to put together and looks great.”
