The company, I can't complain too much about. The delivery wasn't put as far back on my drive as I had asked, which meant I had very little space for my car. The shed though, a different matter. A piece was missing from the roof panel, nails not connected to anything, pieces missing from some of the tongue and groove, not square, one door was cut wavey, the windows are flimsy and could easily be yanked open. My builders had to adjust everything. They cursed all the way through putting it up. They couldn't believe I had paid that much for such poor quality. The recommended getting a partial refund, which I haven't done, so far. I have just been too stressed and disappointed by a Mercia shed. It is up and looks ok from a distance. I know where the flaws are. It does a job, keeps my things dry.
