Thank you for your feedback, I'm truly sorry to hear that the shoes were uncomfortable for you during your workday. We understand how important comfort is, especially when it comes to footwear you intended to wear often. We hope you might consider giving them another chance, as sometimes shoes can become more comfortable after some wear, maybe wear them around the home and the leather will warm and become more accustomed to the shape of your foot. “These shoes looked lovely and came slightly worn looking. I wore them as I needed shoes. They are extremely painful at the front and not comfortable at all. A wasted purchase really and so sad as I looked forward to wearing them.”

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, I’m truly sorry to hear that the shoes did not meet your expectations and caused discomfort. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t live up to your hopes, especially when you had looked forward to wearing them. Hopefully if you wear them around the home before wearing outside again, you may find that the shoe becomes more comfortable as your feet grow accustomed to them and the shoe warms to your foot shape. “Love these loafers as they are a bit like trainers and wonderful for work, standing on exhibitions stands, conferences and I can wear at weekend with jeans. So happy I bought the burgundy and the black. Hopefully Gabor will design more smart “ under the radar “ casual shoes that can be worn for business”

“I am really pleased with these shoes. I take a 7.5 but I ordered a 7 and they are great. I wore them all day on first outing and they were really comfortable. Good look and quality. Longterm buy.”

“These loafers whilst well made were a very poor fit. I always buy a 5.5 and they've fitted for years - these were too small and the heel kept slipping off. Very disappointed, the fit was just like a Clarks shoe - poor. I am returning these for a refund.”
