“Amazing service, on finding a fault in trainers I ordered, a quick phone call and replacement pair in post next day. Return of faulty pair free and hassle free. Perfect replacement pair, comfortable and great fit. I was so impressed I ordered a pair of green suede ankle boots and love them!”

“Beautiful, comfortable, and stylish! Gabor are one of the few brands that consistently fit my slim/long feet. I ordered these based on two other pairs I've purchased, one pair a couple of months ago and another 3 years ago (that only just gave out after very hard wear!). I was delighted that they look and feel just as nice as my other pairs, and are a perfect replacement for the ones that I have just had to retire. They are worth the price and I look forward to buying another pair in a different colour!”

“I have many Gabor shoes collected over the years but my latest purchase - Dolly trainers - were returned because they were too heavy. Charles Clinkard refunded my purchase straight away. Many thanks.”

“I like the wide selection of shoes and boots, which are always comfortable. However, as a European client I am not happy to order online because of the cost of exchanging shoes when a different size or width is required in any particular style. There is the original deliverty charge of 8€, plus the cost of returning the wrong sized shoes to a UK address- latest cost for this was €18. I lthen had to re-order the correct size shoe and incurred another €8 delivery charge. Consequently, this website does not work for overseas clients.”

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is appreciated as this will help inform future customers, however I am sorry that this style did not fit as required for you. Other reviews for the Gabor Piquet indicate that the fitting does come up slightly narrow, rather than being true to size, which may be why you had a similar issue. Hopefully you are able to find a style that is a suitable width fitting and shape should you continue to shop with us. “I am indebted to a lady called Hannah. I spoke to Hannah (who remained very calm, although I was clearly panicking!) on the day of delivery of my shoes, after I had suddenly realised they were going to the wrong address. Hannah re-arranged delivery to the correct address. I honestly didn't think it was going to work out, but it did and I received the shoes, as promised! Well done, Hannah, excellent customer service. Many thanks.”
