“I used to buy Gabor and they fitted me. Unfortunately their EE size is not wide enough. I have EE Gabor shoes which fit me from 10 years ago. I have bought sandals and they are just about ok. Their EE needs to be wider”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the width of your purchase did not meet your needs. We understand how important a comfortable fit is, especially when you’ve worn Gabor sizes successfully in the past. The Raynor Sandals are a Gabor G/ UK D which offers an increased space for a roomier fit. The widest range is a Gabor H/ UK D+. As we move into our Spring/Summer range, we will have new styles and widths which hopefully you will find a better fit. If you keep an eye on the New In section of our website, this is updated often. “The shoes arrived very promptly, unfortunately having a chat with your chat box about which size I should order, I said I take a size 5 California and the chat box said I should order a 5 in these. The size 5 was too small so I have returned them and asked for a replacement in size 5.5 and hoping these will fit. I have 3 pairs of California and a pair of boots size 5 so not sure why these didn't fit.”

“Although these ankle boots weren’t right for me, as I have had ankle surgery so my right ankle struggles with any heel, the boots weren’t very well made. Customer service was A1, refunding me within 3 days which is a rare occurrence with other companies.”

“Lovely well made suede ankle boot. Fit was perfect (6). So comfortable for a smart ankle boot. Having suffered for a number of years with arthritis in my right foot, these are lovely and not causing any problem so far. Definitely will be buying again from Gabor.”

“Very confusing about the purchase process. I was told to pay by PAYPAL and entered a valid address, only to find the purchase still hanging on your shelf because the address was invalid (perhaps in Hong Kong, we don't have a postal code, but I can't create one!). Then, for unknown reasons and without explanation, refunded the goods price to my PAYPAL account, but kept the handling and delivery charges (I don't understand, and I was never told when I made the order and paid successfully). I am out of Hong Kong and back to check my email, and I understand that there were several emails asking me to identify the so-called problem with the address. I reflected via email and am waiting for a clear reply on what to do and how to do it. Very sad!”
