“Delighted with my jangle loafers I purchased recently. The leather is very soft and moulds itself to my feet. My only slight disappointment is in the colour which is lighter than displayed online. Apart from that all is well.”

“I recently purchased shoes fo my wife. I found the website and purchasing of goods very good. Unfortunately the delivery service and communication there of is quite bad. I paid for a three working day delivery and it took a week to get to me. I did contact Gabor and they refunded me the extra carriage charge but without an apolagy or an investigation into what happened. This was an exspensive per of shoes and found the after care support and delivery service terrible.”

However, I sincerely apologise that you felt the delivery was slower than you expected and the lack of effective communication regarding your delivery. Our express service promises a dispatch within 3 working days, which was done, but as the shoes had to come from the UK mainland it does take a little longer to reach you as it comes overseas. We strive to provide excellent service, and it is disappointing to know that you felt that we fell short in this instance. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you could not find this shoe in a fitting that was comfortable for you. I have added a link to similar shoes in blue, these are wider so you may find something that you like. https://www.gaborshoes.co.uk/womens-c1/trainers-c5#t8:t33 (you may need to copy and paste) Also the Wisdom, do have a removable insole to make the interior slightly wider, creating more area within the shoe. “Lovely bag. Look's quality despite it being synthetic. Two different ways to do up, great it has a zip. Plenty of pockets for different items. Bought in the Sale so a good price, wouldn't have paid full price.”

“These are a Christmas present for my sister. I do not know if they will fit, but I ordered a half size bigger due to the narrow style pointing of the shoe. They look stylish and hope they are a comfortable fit.”

“Best buy ever! Love these sandals, so comfortable yet stylish at the same time. No need to “break them in” as they felt great from the first time I put them on. My sandals fitted the contour of my foot easily and gently. Now I am spoilt with their luxurious fit and don’t want to take them off, just what I needed. Thank you”

“Ashlene ballet pumps were ordered and were very similar to my last purchase. (Same size, same width). They rubbed at the toe. Am puzzled and dismayed. Bought Gabor shoes for decades without problems. They are however, lovely shoes, wear well and always polish up a treat.”
