“Excellent service. Ordered my normal size which turned out too big. Returned them with no problem, the process was so easy. I ordered a size smaller which arrived in record time.”

“Beautiful shoes, good sizing and they look very elegant. I now have this particular sandal in 3 colours! Customer service, too, was exceptionally helpful, particularly when the first delivery attempt went to the wrong address. They retrieved the parcel and re-directed to me with just a day or so's delay. So very helpful, thank you.”

“I wanted a pair of trainers with silver decoration suitable to wear with summer trainers. These looked to fill the bill, however they had to be returned as they fitted too high up my feet and would be tight at tge ankle. Stylish trainers but a poor fit sadly”
