“I’ve sent the shoes back and I’m waiting for a refund because there was only 6 and half in the style I wanted. I tried it but to big, I’ve had 2 pairs before size 6 so I’ll be ordering some more when I get refunded. They are reasonably flattering to feet with bunions. I don’t know how long the refund will take.”

“Despite there being a label attached to the shoe (trainer) stating a removable soft cushioned inner sole was included, none was provided. Consequently the inner sole is very hard and without any cushioning, uncomfortable to wear hence why they were returned for a refund. Such a shame but at a cost of £99 they do need to be pleasant to wear.”

“Whilst I am happy with the service provided I am not happy about the sizing of your shoes across the different styles. I tried some Gabor shoes in a shop and identified I was a size 3.5. I ordered 2 different styles on the web but one of the styles was far too tight. I returned them and they have been exchanged efficiently for a size 4 but I have had to pay for the return which I think is unfair when your sizing is inconsistent.”

“I do like the sandals. I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed about having to pay duty on the purchase. Also, the final payment on checkout was higher. Very disappointing indeed. I probably will not be making any more purchases. At the end of the day, a very expensive pair of sandals!”

“I need wide fitting and deep shoes (for orthotics), but don’t want them to look like that. I’m too young for Velcro fastenings! My life has been transformed by being able to own Gabor shoes. Clearly not all are my style, but they have a great range, with suede colours I love and they fit me!”

“Excellent shoes especially for wide fitting. They have extra styles and colours at the official Gabor website - Charles Clinkard - which was very useful for me. The customer service was brilliant and they got shoes to me very quickly as I urgently needed them for a wedding. Follow up on e-mails was also very thorough with good advice. Thank you!”
