“I purchased a pair of sandals from yourselves only to find that they were 2 different shades of brown absolutely very disappointed so I returned them to Clinkards who were very apologetic and they have reordered another pair for me so I will wait and see not a happy customer a5 the moment!”

“I already owned a pair of these Gabor sandals. They are comfortable, easy to slip on, and recommended by my podiatrist for a fallen arch. Though it doesn't have a very strong arch support, they are wonderful to walk short distances.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the shoes did not fit. With regard to the returns, it seems that you have opted for a next day signed for service. This is a premium service from Royal Mail. You could have sent back second class which only takes a day more and added tracking which would bring the cost down to around £3.50. You can also take back to a Charles Clinkard shoe store if you have one close to you, or use the collectPlus link on our website that provides a return label for £3.49, but covers up to 10 kilo so you can return several pair at once. We do deliver free of charge and if a customer wishes an exchange, again cover the cost to the customer, but we do ask if an item is to be returned, that the customer can cover the return costs.
