Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you found that the fit and the leather not to be suitable for you on this occasion. Some items have a different leather to others, some soft and some more robust. This one was one of our softer leathers. We do hope that you find a different item that is as comfortable as you have come to expect. On this occasion, the boots that you ordered were a wider fitting, you usually get a standard fitting so may find that the Medium fit may be better for you. I do hope that his helps.
